Keep going. Rest when you need to, cry when you need to, laugh when you get the chance and Love as freely and completely as your heart will allow.

Sometimes you have to throw EVERYTHING up in the air and see where it lands to understand that you were holding on to a lot of rocks. Let those fall where they may and grab the little feather that is slowly drifting towards your hand. 🪶

Happy Friday, lovely souls! It’s pouring rain here in the Bay Area and half of what I own is out in the yard under a tarp. 😂😂😂
Started a new book that I got from the author himself in Glastonbury (thank you for that trip Elspeth! It was a highlight of my time in England 😇) We crossed paths with Timothy Freke purely by synchronicity - not coincidence!
I’m only a couple chapters in but almost everything in there is a confirmation of stuff I already concluded on my own. And it has research and details to help my engineer brain feel satisfied.
You all know I share my research with you and this one goes on the highly recommended list!

Everything is a code… layered with meaning just waiting for you to reach each new level of understanding so you can comprehend the next level.
The Universe is ALWAYS working for our highest good. Even when we can’t see it. Even when we think all has gone “wrong”. It’s when things go “wrong” that we are the most motivated to learn and to grow.
This is when we level-up.
If all was “good” all the time, we would never budge from our comfort zones. We might like to think we would, but is that really true? Probably not.
Always approach EVERYTHING in gratitude trusting that it is all conspiring towards your highest good and most beautiful confluence of events. This is easier said than done, but as soon as we start doing it in earnest, the pieces start to come together. It gets easier and easier.
The magic happens.
The miracles occur.
They really, really do.

It’s fairly easy to walk the walk spiritually when everything is going your way…When you don’t have serious financial concerns or health issues or family problems right in your face.
When you have the luxury of being able to take time to meditate, to read, to walk in nature, to pursue spiritual aims. It all looks good on paper. And all seems joyous and “doable”.
But there comes a time when we are each truly tested. When things get very, very “real” and all that stuff we learned has to be used. It happens over and over. Almost like a test at school to make sure you have mastered the material that came previously. Sometimes those tests are a breeze. And sometimes we come out of them realizing we didn’t know as much as we thought we did. Sometimes we “fail”.
But there is no such thing as failure. Only chances to learn.
Only chances to pick yourself from right where you are, accept the Christed Light and Love all over again and keep going.
This process never stops.
Not as long as we are here. But it does get easier. It becomes second nature - or rather pure nature that we return to an understanding and an acceptance of.
To anyone out there who is struggling right now, remember that you are Loved, held and protected whether you feel it in this moment or not. If you knew just how much, you would never feel fearful, worried or separated from The All, from the Kingdom.
All you have to do is ACCEPT it.
You do not have to “earn” it or beg for it. You do not have to atone for your “sins”. You do not have to do anything other than acknowledge what you are: a child of God; made in His likeness, full of Love, Light and Limitless Creative Power.
You ARE WORTHY.
Yes, YOU.
