Time to integrate that huge influx of light from yesterday.
I’m in an odd mood. Anyone else?

I think we are being shown the contrasts between being up, lit up, and vibing high and feeling low, drained and just generally stuck in the old energies.

The roller coaster that I have personally been on over the last weeks has been intense - and rather disconcerting. Just when I think I have something all figured out and I find myself in that state of alignment and flow, I fall off. I don’t even think it’s me a lot of the time. It’s as if an external energy comes along and knocks me right on my ass.

I have to look up again to God, pull myself up from the ground, brush off the dirt and remember what I have already learned.
I have to choose…over and over to live in this new space of understanding. I have to SEE that there is a new way and an old way and I think I am being shown the two in quick succession so that I can differentiate between them and understand the difference.

Has anyone else been on this same roller coaster lately?

Happy Saturday dear friend….Yes, exactly what you describe, and I think you’re spot on about it being an external energy. We are all connected and we know what state most of the world is in right now. And then there’s the ascension symptoms to factor in.
