What is this fire in my belly?
It is your energy storage center known as the Lower Dan Tien.
You have 3 storage centers.
The main one is the Lower located within your sacral area (not the same as your sacral chakra, tho it’s in generally the same place).
This one is your seat of power and must be filled first. It supplies the others at your Heart and Third Eye.
When this is full, you will feel it and you will understand.
When you “find your Center” you will know a new sense of stability and power that you may not ever have sensed before.
To fill it, clean your system and your diet. Meditate. Cultivate an attitude of Love and Abundance and HEAL YOUR INNER WOUNDS.

“A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.
Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, “Jump in, I can save you.”
The stranded fellow shouted back, “No, it’s OK, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me.”
So the rowboat went on.
Then a motorboat came by. “The fellow in the motorboat shouted, “Jump in, I can save you.”
To this the stranded man said, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.”
