Crystalline Cold shivers

Our electromagnetic body reacts to the incoming waves of crystalline energy waves with chills, shaking, trembling, shivering and freezing cold.
I am feeling waves of cold rushes, tingling sensations, nerves pinching.

That indicates that between the crown, neck, spine, hips connection through the nerve channels we are in full connection with the higher dimensions and the earth grid. In fact we are the connector, the channel between them.

This can give sensations of heavy and painful legs because the pH level is rebalanced and the accumulated acids cause the pains, especially in the joints.

The spiritual body anchors the energetic cord that connects body and mind.
This is how you excist in the linear 3D world and in the higher dimensions at the same time.
As your spiritual body is becoming more and more defined with light, the difference in frequency becomes more and more apparent.
This translates in shifts in emotions, longings, needs, boundaries, activations and purpose becoming more clear.
You clearly sense a Yes or No in the instant.
That is your intuition, your soul, your higher Self, Spirit on full speed.

This proces of clearing, healing old ego waste and pain gives the releasing of pressure in all layers of the body.
As all chakras are clearing and opening up again, the flow of life force energy becomes more palpable and you immediately feel your limits and your satisfaction.

If the experience in the moment is correct, your body will immediately calm down. If the experience is not correct your body will reject and the nerves system takes over if the situation does not disappear from your experience.
This is the moment where your awake conciousness can choose the response.

If the Mind takes over and your ego matrix structure will keep looking to adjust to the outside world until it fits. Just like you did in childhood. Ego matrix structures are build up in childhood to adapt and survive in the system your were born into.

The opening and purification of the first 3 chakra,s making the 4th heart chakra connection possible deprograms the ego structure, releasing a lot of waste accumulated in the tissues and muscles.
So it makes sense that it gives muscle pains and fluid accumulations under the skin, making you swell and feels too tight like you want to explode.

This is what we call vibrational flu.
You are shifting from dark to Light frequencies.
Light is actually cold when it dawnes and before it warms you.
You are opening up.
