Musk gives 3 distinct reasons for terminating the Merger Agreement:

He claims that

1) Twitter is in material breach of multiple provisions in the agreement

2) Twitter appears to have made false and misleading representations to Musk that he relied upon being true and factual when he entered into the Merger Agreement

and

3) Twitter is likely to soon suffer a Company Material Adverse Effect, which is a major shakeup that will cause the value of the company to decline.

Musk is directly hinting that if he went through with this $44 billion Merger Agreement, he believes something would come to light that would cause the value of the company to suddenly drop so that it would be worth significantly less than the $44 billion he'd just paid for it.

Right there in the very first paragraph of his legal team's letter announcing the cancellation of the deal is a foreshadowing of what's coming.

'Company Material Adverse Effect' is legalese for "HOLY FUCKING SHIT MAYDAY MAYDAY DIVE DIVE DIVE OH MY GOD TOO LATE WE'VE HIT THE ICEBERG AAAAAAAAAAHHHH! [dramatic sounds of prolonged drowning]"

My take? Abundance is its own vibration. The more you tune into it and feel it, the more of it you will attract and since we do live in this realm, that can come in all forms.

Feel abundance, and try to focus on that feeling of having everything you need, knowing that no matter what happens, he has your soul covered in love.

This lifetime is a millisecond in our eternal lives.

Our bodies may get broken, but our soul is ours to keep and no one can break that without our permission and complicity.

We are whole, as we are, today.

We already have it all.

Money is a man constructed energy. It's a synthetic energy. Focusing on money will get you to spin your wheels because it will never satisfy what you truly crave.

Love.
Acceptance.

No one truly cares about money. They care about what money artificially delivers to them, all of which are also temporary, man constructed energies.

The less your focus is on money, the less important it will become.

All that you need is in your reach.

And another note on money. It REPRESENTS energy.
You can use it to exchange energy “payments” with others but it will never fill you the way your Soul desires because it is not actually energy, it is just an approximation.

Kind of like how words are just an approximation for Truth. Truth is actually a frequency and an experience… a feeling, if you will.
We use words to try to describe it, but that’s not the actual thing.

How do you dismantle the matrix?
Think of the leylines of the Earth grid. In ancient times, such as Lemurian and Egyptian, these grids were used to create healing magnetic fields of healing and altering of consciousness through temples that were situated on power places all over the earth.
Ancient technologies that were then widely known were used in conjunction with astrology and nume- rology under the universal laws.
Stonehenge, Macha Pichu and all other earth chakras are all still there.
But we have forgotten how to use them.
The ley lines were hacked centuries ago.
Through the dark elite who, through the Catholic churches, palaces and government buildings, took the knowledge of the Templars and Freemasonry for incorrect purposes.

Mason technology was once used to raise the frequency of the earth grid through the ley lines, air, light and water to grant health and harmony in the collective and individual field of communities and the people in that area, came under the force of evil and was used to instead lower the frequency.
This technology was misused to create the 3D matrix. With buildings on the ley lines and later satellites in the sky, a low-frequency field was cre- ated.

A field that interferes and affects the human field associated with it. A vibrational field that holds you in the loop of reincarnation in fear, shame, guilt and pain. Dependent on external systems such as religion, government, education, pharmaceuticals and entertainment.
The same systems that feed you with the low vibration through doctrines, regulations, teachings, medicine and information.

Through Mind Body and Spirit manipulation we were prisoners in the illusion of living a free life. Meek like sheep living a 9-5 linear life.
Unaware of our true divine highly evolved spiritual self.

As we regain our Earth grid, clear the ley lines and heal our own traumas of conditioning, our frequency will rise and our connection to health and prosperity will increase.
We can learn to transmute the density and ascend from dark to light.
We can evolve as humans.

You know things have changed.
You feel it.
Your gut knows it.
Don’t let the lunacy going on around you convince you that things are going in the wrong direction.
They’re not.

It had to be this way.

Focus on what you want to see happen. And live in the utmost gratitude for the glorious future that is coming. Because the best truly is yet to come.

Where do we find the Word of God? Is it only in the Bible? Is it only in sacred texts, written millennia ago?

How could this be, when God lives now in all things and through the people? His Word is all around us in every minute of every day. It is within our minds, waiting for us to choose to listen. It is in the breeze rustling through the trees. The sound of a child laughing. The feel of sunlight on our faces.

And it is also in the tears we shed, the heartaches we endure, the cold as it bites our faces and even the sun when it burns our skin.

It is in the words of our brothers and sisters. It’s in the mundane, the profane and the lofty. The Word of God is Life. Do you not see that you have access to it at every moment of every day? Do you not understand that God is speaking to you even now?

Don’t relegate it to a book, or rare moments of spiritual clarity. This is foolishness and not what was intended for you as you experience this life.

Open your heart and the Word will flow through you. And you will know that the Word of God is accessible in every moment. It will show up for you in surprising ways and will bless your days in ways you cannot imagine if you confine your idea of what it is to an old book.

How could it be that God’s Word is confined to ANYTHING?
