This is for the people who are reading my words and thinking, “I don’t know how to do that. I want to trust my own intuition, but I’m not there yet. I’m not good enough at it.” (That “I’m not good enough” part should always be a big, red flag to you btw.)

Don’t worry. Just ask God for help. Ask for guidance based on your desire to find Truth. You WILL be shown The Way. Your path is your own and wherever you are on it is perfect and is EXACTLY where you need to be at this moment.

The Split Mind (part 1/2)
Most of us are living in a split-mind state. This has happened because we don’t understand what we ARE, and as a result, we are totally disconnected from Reality. Reality is the existence that is underneath the piles of egoic projection that creates the “world” we live in. And we don’t see it because we have been conditioned to believe that we are separate from God, separate from Source, separate from our essential nature.
In Reality, we are not separate. In Reality we ARE Source and can never actually be separated from it because it is what we ARE. However, the belief that we are something else is what keeps us in a state of constant fear and self-delusion. And this is where the ego comes into play. The ego is the part of the mind that identifies with this separation and does everything it can to keep us from realizing the Truth. It keeps us in a constant chatter-state of not being able to hear God, not being able to connect to Source, not being able to listen because we are worried about all the external bullshit of this thing we THINK is life. In Reality, it is nothing of the sort. In Reality, we are at One with the Creator and all life is easy because we control it.
But, because we don’t understand our true nature as a result of it being purposefully hidden from us, we dissociate. The definition of dissociation in the psychological sense is that a person detaches from reality and identity, memory, consciousness and perception are no longer integrated. Quite an interesting definition, no? If we are separated from our true selves, then we have, by definition, dissociated.
Additionally, dissociation can result in Dissociative Identity Disorder, previously called Multiple Personality Disorder. This “disorder” is when a person’s identity has been split into more than one distinct state. It is generally caused by trauma and the person does not remember that trauma and is often unable to recall defining information about themselves.
This is what has happened to us. We come into the world whole and complete as a divine spark illuminating a tiny body. As we start to experience the world, we learn that we are not supposed to follow our instincts, not supposed to look to ourselves for guidance, but rather to look externally for validation in everything. (This is interesting because when we raise children we actually watch them proceed by instinct to learn to crawl, walk, etc, but yet we take that over by teaching them to look to us for what they should and shouldn’t do with every moment of their days.) We’re not supposed to have imaginary friends, not supposed to let our feelings guide us, etc, etc. We are taught to follow “the rules” and we begin to place labels, judgments and values on everything around us that we perceive. We do not really learn. We unlearn Divine Reality and are conditioned to perceive only what is considered to be acceptable. In doing this we “learn” that we are not special, we are not Divine and we certainly are not to be trusted with our own intuition.
We are ALL abused children. Not necessarily by our parents in the traditional sense, although there’s a lot of that, too. We are abused by society. By the system. By the Matrix.
When we are told that there is only an external God or, worse, that there is no God at all, and this lesson is reinforced by school, government, the medical system, and religion (whether you take part in it or not, you are generally still aware of the teachings) we detach from our true selves and become, quite literally, mentally ill. And the struggle we then face is one of searching for healing of the mind in a world that provides little to nothing in the way of helping us do that. In fact, it seeks to keep us ill and ignorant.
This is why we MUST turn inward. We have been given the internal spark to guide us. We have the Holy Spirit/Spirit/Intuition/Still Small Voice - whatever you choose to call it, it is the same thing. The Comforter lies within and we live in a world that seeks to drown it out at all costs.

Our ego-based world demands our focus and attention onto everything OTHER than Now. Now is where Reality lies, but the ego forces us into the past and the future at every turn. The ego knows that as soon as we realize that living in the present moment means that we no longer need it and that it will be destroyed. It ONLY exists as a manifestation of a split mind. The ego IS the other personality that has been formed by a damaged mind. And because we are creative beings, that runaway “alter-ego” is busy creating all manner of things that are not only not good for us, they are downright destructive. Hence, the world you see around you.
Do you get it yet? Our creative power has been completely hijacked. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it till I’m blue in the face, we must take back our creative power and repurpose it for the highest good. In order to do this, we must understand what we are. We have to stop believing the lie that God is only external to us and that we have to grovel for the chance at Heaven. Heaven is right in front of us if we can snatch our minds back from the lies that have ensnared it.
Heaven is the Reality that has been covered over with fear, guilt, shame and lies.

[They] have done well muddling the lines of self. Our boundaries are confused through fear and acceptance that "learned helplessness" (a state of mild fight or flight survival created by the belief that you can not change your environment or it gets worse. So you accept and suffering not living your full life), we are helpless but to react to [their] manipulations.
This belief enslaves us to live your subdued potential for something that does not serve you. Rarely reaching your potential because too strong [they] fear us.
But it is a choice with a trick. Tricked through fear. I train horses and most horses are trained through learned helplessness rather than engaged relationship. They believe their life will not improve but at least it won't get worse. They become mindless robots. A horse becomes a prisoner of its environment.
Awakening we realize the CHOICE OF BELIEF, to believe our environment had that control, was our choice to make, NOT [THEIRS]. We begin to establish healthy boundaries and another universal law comes into play. One we have forgotten.
Law of experience. Free will is real and this law backs it.
We learn to observe things that are not immediate life of death, we learn to observe our reaction and CHOOSE the desired action to best suit us. The choice is the action.
We are programmed in this matrix to react, as if all things, simple things are life or death, reactions are predictable. Strung up like that we are puppets to [their] whim. To [their] storyline.
Creation of self is not. It is free. It is it's own will.
Do not react in emotion and allow it to consume you in non-life threatening situations.
Have you ever had a disagreement with someone and saw their overreaction? And thought, "gosh it was a parking space, not life or death?" That is the pattern [they] hope to create. That you believe you have no control, so the controls you do have you turn into a beast to protect. Easier to push us turning on each other.
Instead
Watch. Observe your pattern of emotion. And then decide.
This is when your will, is yours, no one else's. It is free. It serves you and what best for your potential. You will see less doubt of self and those that love you. You will see fear laid upon us like a grid. And you will better decide what is legitimate life or death and what is not. Seeing this, will expand your belief in you and those around you.
And you will begin to see how capable we are.
[They] fear this most.

Hmm. Could Derry/Londonderry be the real centre of everything?
The Guilds/Freemasons of the City of London built the historic walls of Derry in Northern Ireland....and also gifted Derry with the name London...a bit of a poisoned chalice as the people have been fighting over the city's name ever since.
Derry's historic walls have 7 gates and a network of tunnels underneath that noone talks about.
There are so many important buildings within the walls and curiously named streets like London Street, Palace Street etc all in the same area. Worth checking out some of the businesses in London Street 😂😂😂. It was the first planned city in Ireland.
Lots of charities, youth and mental health services and NGOs too and lots of arts organisations including a big theatre...a favoured spot for visiting dignitaries like the Dalai Lama.
The Clintons were also big fans of the city, as was Esther Rantzen ...who even set up a branch of Childline there.
Bodies/skeletons have been found/dug up over the years in the car park behind the Freemasons Hall and in other places within the walls but they were quickly forgotten about and the ground covered over.
Derry has ties to Marina Abramovich going back to the 80s and Damien Hirst's mother is from the city...as is James Hewitt 😂😱😱
Heard that Facebook was supposed to be moving here and there are now a ton of tech/data companies who have popped up in the city in the last few years including Singularity and Learning Pool- who received the first ever European investment made by the Carlyle Group. There is a branch of Terramar on the same street ... in the same building until very recently as Void art gallery....one of whose last exhibitions was of artist Eva Rothschild.
One school (that now resembles a prison camp) St Columb's College has produced two Nobel laureates. ..John Hume...founder of the SDLP and one of the main architects of the Good Friday Agreement....and Seamus Heaney...Bill Clinton's favourite poet.
There are so many other links...there is a starfort at Ebrington and Derry is only down the road from Redcastle, Greencastle and Castlerock...which make up a triangle shape on a map taking in both sides of the border between Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic. The Giant's Causeway is just up the road.
And talking of borders, the artist Bill Drummond was in Derry doing an art project with Void art gallery on the same day Nancy Pelosi was in town...and which curiously was the day journalist Lyra McKee was murdered.
Worth checking some of this stuff out.
