The truths we have found together are hard and will be very hard for many.

We are the bridge in every sense of the word. The bridge between what is hidden and what God wants to make new again. Not only does our awareness increase the awareness of all who come into contact with our energy, but we are collectively producing together this puzzle. As we connect the pieces, an image begins to form. A beautiful image of a vibrant bridge. On the other side of that bridge does exist the golden era of humanity. One where we've come to realize how each member of society plays a crucial role to the whole and we operate off of natural, universal laws - which include respect for each other's sovereignty. Once we learn to all respect each other's soul journey, we no longer hurt, murder and abuse each other. A great example of this are bees and the mutual respect and effort they afford their hive. As we put this bridge together and some reach that other side, more see the Fruit over there and they recognize that they are lacking it. They reach out and because we know that each soul matters, we grab their hand and show them how to cross that bridge. But only when they're ready. It will be a choice that each individual has to make if they don't want to be left behind in their decaying world.

BRIDGES

Bridges solve problems. They conquer obstacles by providing an alternative. They allow people to cross from one side of the expanse to the other with minimal strain.

That said, some bridges are high and frightening to those who cross. Some are tenuously positioned between their endpoints and seem precarious even when they are sturdy and trustworthy.
Some are low, and solid and easy, but these structures do not span great, cavernous divides. They can’t.

Some people are “bridges”.

In being a bridge, one lays herself down for others to walk across. The bridge carries the weight and distributes it throughout her structure. She is solid, but must also be able to flex. She is strong, but takes a beating and needs repairs periodically. She weathers storms and seasons without complaint. She becomes part of the landscape.

The bridge does not ask for help. The bridge EXISTS. She does not charge a toll and she does not reach out to travelers to entice them to her. She makes herself available such that she can be found and knows that travelers are drawn to what she can provide. She asks no questions and does not judge those who use her. Nor does she judge those who pass her by.

Eventually, she will fall away. The pieces of her used and reused for other things. But in the time she stands between the two points she has been assigned, her role is clear.
And she will serve.

Hello everyone! I’ve been traveling and am a bit off my routine. But here’s some good stuff for you!

What is shadow work?
How do you do it?

You reach in and face the things that you have hidden away within yourself throughout your life.
You face the memories and “feel the feels”. It’s ok. They can’t hurt you.
The only thing waiting on the other side of them is freedom.

Understand that these things you need to face will be released to you in layers. You will confront and work through something which will pave the way for the underlying memory/issue/trauma to be revealed and released.

It’s process.

But it’s a beautiful one and certainly nothing to fear. Do not let the phrase “shadow work” put you off.
This is how you transmute the darkness you have faced into Light.

Thank you, Marie, for these inputs today. They are so very poignant and I trust they will resonate for many right now.

This is what is waiting in that shadow work.

The younger yous that tried their absolute best to survive and thrive and be the best she could have been.

She tried. And this wiser self exists because of her. But she never got time to heal, she never got someone to help her or listen to her. She sees you, now wiser because of what she got you through, and she chases you, begging for help. Begging to be seen and released from where she stayed to fight. Brave soul. Your shadows may look like the demons you faced, but your younger self faced them.

That shadow work is her chasing you because she knows you can heal her.

Step into her, let her know she was brave and that you know she tried, bring her to the surface with you. The demon was defeated and she needs rest in you.

That little one inside of you will continue to chase you and recreate the same patterns of behavior in your life that you need to address until you actually DO IT.

If you can honestly look at your behaviors, thoughts and feelings, you will be able to see how the same issue will have arisen for you time and again in your life. These things are traceable right back to the original wound. Heal the trauma and you will break that cycle.
The repeated experience will stop because you won’t “need” it anymore.

The lesson will be complete.

And healing it is not complicated.
No, you don’t have to “re-live” it. That can actually be so counterproductive!

Just shine the Light of your awareness on it. SEE it for what it is.
Accept it and stop trying to push it away from you. Stop trying to protect yourself from it.
Look at it. Smile at it. Understand that it helped make you who you are today. It’s ALL GOOD.

It’s the fear that keeps you in the repeated pattern. The unaddressed fear is what continues to draw that very thing right back to you.

Let it go.
