For those stepping into shadow work it is actually easy to start with the comment, "Self, I am listening."
Usually self really takes the opportunity to push out the negative vent and it can sound personal. Very personal.
It's often times easier to get to a meditation state then asked the question because in that state we are naturally more the observer. But it is not required to be in that state to get in touch with this part of you.
The hardest part I have found is staying neutral when listening to all that, that is inside us, that we have pushed away. Because we often blame ourselves.
Meditative states are sometime hard to get into because we are led to believe there is a set of rules to follow to enter that space. For me this is not true. There are guidelines, breathing exercises but the more complicated we make it the harder it becomes.
I am active. I am at times an active meditator. I will paint, or craft, crochet, or pull weeds to reach that meditate state. Meditate by creating or doing. Ever done these things and your mind kinda clears except the task at hand? Guess what? Your meditating! From that space simply declare you're listening and let it flow.
Sometimes we struggle to recognize that we are the ones driving the vessel and can be triggered by our ego who has held those shadows for us.
Sometimes (if you are like me) the shadows and trauma were so immense, it's a constant buzz in your head and was very hard to ever get it to stop yelling at you.
Self abuse is often the result of abuse that leads to more abuse.
Self abuse is often the coping skill applied to trauma to help us cope. When we can't control the situation we blame ourselves as a form of control before hurting others. What we don't often recognize is hurting ourselves to protect others also hurts those that love us whole. They feel it.
For some of us that feel if we sit with ourselves and listen, that there will be so much overwhelming awful things said there is a practice you can apply.
If your worry consumes your daily,anxiety takes over, pain, or fear. Try this.
Set a timer. Tell your fear, worry, anxiety, pain, or upset ego that you will listen with all of your being for this many minutes. Listening is not absorbing and making it yours, it's just listening.
Say, "Okay worry(or the name you give it), you can tell me your woes for the next 5 minutes. After that you have to trust that we are a creative being and I have this in my day to achieve. I will listen again tomorrow."
Start setting a boundary that you can manage for your shadow work.
This Self boundary will help you establish healthy boundaries in every avenue of your life. It also allows all of yourself to know you will not get sucked into a self-loathing or fearful downward spiral.
The other thing I noticed applying this is my worries respected me. If they bubbled up again through the day I simply said, "Worry, I know your feelings and you know I will listen, but right now we have this task at hand, and I need your support to help create."
Everytime my worry felt like a inner child that switched gears and helped. I distracted my own worry like a good mother would do. Asked it to help me bake the cake vs making a mess all over the house. We began to enjoy each other's company which allowed worry a space space with me to "let go".
I taught it rather than fought it. And asked it to stay in the present moment with me.
This is also a massive component to your creative being being able to manifest. Your healthy boundary gives safe space for worry to feel heard without allowing it to take over and slow your positive thoughts flow.

The energies coming in over the last 12 hours are INTENSE. The Schumann, yes, and also a major geomagnetic storm. This is affecting everyone whether they are aware of it or not, and many of us are feeling out of sorts. Even those of us who are usually unfailingly happy!
I believe this is actually a good thing as it’s forcing more stuff that we just don’t need or want anymore to the surface to be removed, but it can be very uncomfortable.
Lots of arguments taking place. Lots of sad or restless feelings.
It’s all ok.

It takes this realization about yourself, it takes seeing the boxes and the chains for what they are - a prison - to finally start actually looking for the keys.
You can do this.
You can be authentic.
You can speak hard truths.
You can fail and you will survive if you do.
You can be wrong.
It's all okay.
Because if you're not failing, you're not trying.
And if you're not trying, you're not learning.
And if you're not learning, you're not growing.
You have so much potential. What are you waiting for?

It's a proven fact bees attract to 528hrtz frequency because they live in that frequency.

When scientists first examined bumblebees, they didn't understand how are bees able to fly with such a huge body to wings ratio. According to the physics it's impossible for a bumblebee to fly with such tiny wings.

We will feel these energies physically as our vibration adjust. If your body is not used to being at the vibration the earth is pushing you'll get ascension symptoms.
