But truly, look at what has happened.

How can anyone be anything but thankful for what has happened….for what IS happening?

Take some time to truly appreciate what has transpired. Give credit where it’s due and let yourself feel the wonder of where you are compared to where you once were.

What are some of the changes you have made that you feel have been the most helpful to you? These can be physical changes: changes in diet, changes you’ve made to your environment, etc. And/or they can be mental, emotional or Spiritual changes.

For me, one of the biggest things that has shifted is that I stopped trying so damn hard to make everything work the way I thought it should. I let go of the rope and started to trust in the Universe (yes, I mean God here, don’t freak out) to catch me. To order my days and my life. I don’t try to remember everything. I don’t try to keep track. I don’t plan very much.
I just….trust. And every day I am met with wonders that I could never have come up with in my own.

THAT is the leap of Faith that has to happen before we can start to see the benefits of it. You have to trust that the miracles are coming before they can show up. 😇

Everything is about Faith and Belief.

Everything will be ok.
