God said:

All that I ask you to do is to arise to the occasion before you. By that I mean to rise above it. Some occasions you can meet on the level they are, yet many you have to rise above. You understand, it is not always helpful to meet an occasion just where it is. If you are not going to raise a situation a notch or two or more above where it lies now, who is going to, My most beloveds? Who is going to do that for Me if you do not?

Even if you have to pull yourself up by your bootstraps, you have to do it.

To do this, you have to perceive differently. When someone is rude or unkind, you can no longer respond, even internally the old ways like this: “How can they talk like that? Who do they think they are? By what right do they act this way? How can they do that? I am going to give them a piece of my mind.”

When you find yourself seeing and feeling negativity, then say to yourself:

“This person or persons before me sees differently from me. Their thinking is askew. They are not seeing clearly. They are really off-base. I don’t have to tell them this. How do I best present my point of view to the betterment of all? How do I change the equation? I am not here on Earth to meet anger with anger, blame with blame, stupidity with stupidity. I am here to end suffering, not feed it. I am here to shed light, and shed light I will.

“I want to be a wise wonderful person who slays dragons, as it were, with equanimity, not with the sword, and not with the swords of words. I am not here to feel put upon, nor am I here to vent my feelings. I am here to lift this situation and put it in God’s light. I am here to end strife, not add to it. I will respond creatively. I will respond kindly. I will respond with great élan. God says I can do it. So I will do it. I will not trade peace for momentary satisfaction. I will say my piece in a new way. I will not come away from this situation feeling upset, nor will I let the one across from me leave my presence feeling upset. First, I will not see him as an opponent. I will see him as a friend. I am aware that how I see makes a difference to the world.

“I care very much about the world. So I will meet the world and all those in it, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will listen to what they say, and I will not take offense. The world they see is different from the world I see. I will raise my understanding. I am a person of peace who sheds light. My intent to love will change every situation. It will certainly change me.

“I have seen this happen time and time again. My intent alone will quiet the waters. I am God’s intended. God has intended me to bring true peace to the world. First I bring it to myself through My love for God and my firm desire to fulfill His Will, not mine. I no longer ask for vindication. In peace and in war, I ask God to bless the situation before me, and I ask that it be blessed through me.”

Stay present.

Trail Markers guide people. They indicate safe passage or a dangerous path. They help people find locations or are used by explorers so they can be found.

A compass has magnetism to it which causes it to point towards the Earth's North Pole.

A horse has reigns. We send a tug, a vibration to them, using their reigns as a conductor, directing them which way to go. Without that force, they would wander aimlessly.

Similarly, God created our entire spectrum of emotions. In this path to ascension, to healing, to aspire to be like Yeshua, people believe they aren't supposed to feel emotion anymore.

That is not reality. Our emotions are those trail Markers, they are that magnetic force, they are our reigns.

If we didn't feel sadness how could we experience joy?

If we couldn't feel anger, how could we feel gratitude?

If we didn't feel sad when people abuse us, how would we learn to avoid them?

Our emotions are our navigation system for the human experience.

We are meant to experience them.

You have a guidance system. But it has been systematically shut down for centuries. Your emotions are your compass for pulling yourself out of the matrix and finding your way home.

You’ve been told not to trust them. You’ve been told to ignore them. You’ve been told you’re a “silly girl” or a “weak man” when you’ve allowed your emotions to affect and guide you.

So, many of you stopped doing that. And in doing so you made yourself numb. You’re flying blind now because you’ve shut off your instruments. You are in the fog trying to find your way, but you do not realize that you have everything you need to get out.

Follow your emotions. There are actually only two which spur all others: Fear and LOVE. Turn away from the fear and choose love. You know what fear feels like. That is your current state of being for many of you and you must realize that that is what makes you behave as you do. You ALMOST know what real LOVE feels like. You can imagine it, but until you experience it, you do not fully understand. When you do feel it, you will never forget and your guidance system will have become fully tuned.

When you feel it from another…True Unconditional Love, you will be able to hone in on that feeling. Cultivate it. Grow it within yourself. Let it renew your body, mind and spirit. And then spread it to others.
Like wildfire.

It IS a frequency.

This is the work you are here to do.

You understand now that frequency radiates off of you. You understand that you are both a receiver and a transmitter. You understand that you have a purpose. A higher calling that is rooted in Spirit because it comes directly from the Creator.

Your job is to be a bridge.

To bring Divine Love here to earth. To pull it from the aether and manifest it into the physical world that you now inhabit with your physical body.

That body is a tool for you to use here. Every tool has a purpose and you can choose to use it properly or improperly. When you use a tool improperly, you are met with frustration, unfinished work and sometimes injury and pain. When you have the correct tool for the job, your work goes smoothly and comes to fruition with ease.

The purpose of your body is to show Love to your Brothers and Sisters. To all of Creation. To receive and spread Love - that is its purpose. Nothing more and certainly nothing less. When a body is governed by the ego, it is being used improperly. When it is governed by Spirit, it sings.

The world wants to be blanketed in the Love frequency. It wants to be covered with human transmission stations all resonating together at that perfect frequency. Each person in their own unique way, contributing to the symphony of Creation.
