Please, please, please do not spend your energy on negativity. ESPECIALLY right now.
I know you hear this all over the place but I guess I don’t know if everyone understands how intensely important this is.
We’ve all been conditioned to think that there is value in worrying and being mad about something. We think that we are supposed to be mad about the raid on PDJT or the corruption in the DOJ and FBI. It even goes so far as to make you feel like you are not doing your part if you’re not pissed off. This is not correct. It is an ERROR. I give you permission to not be mad, to not worry or fret. It’s a complete misuse of your energy.
However you understand your place in the world, know this… your thoughts are POWERFUL. They Create. When you add emotion to those thoughts you supercharge them. Be aware of what you are thinking and what you are charging those thoughts with. If you are focused on the injustice and the anger, you make more. (Yes, really.)
This may be a whole new way of thinking for many. Just let the negativity go and focus on what you DO wish to see. Focus on the positive. There are so many things to be grateful for.
Start there.
And if you just can’t, then sit down and let the frustration (which is really just fear) wash through you and pass. Do not attach to it.
Let it go.
The best is yet to come and you are making it happen.

And by “meditate” I point to you being with and in YOURSELF, in Heart, without and beyond thought.
Yes, Yes…….. I know it is elusive but through loving perseverance You WILL cross into the Great FLOW of SELF.
It is not something only for a monk or someone who has sequestered themselves “away from” everyday Life. In fact it will enhance everything you experience in life as you find it.
And because of the pull of your version of the ‘matrix’, it requires that you do it daily.
I ‘die’ daily into the God Presence I AM.
And you will find this immersion seeps more and more into your day until you can ‘slip’ into it at will.
You will so Love how it feels that it will become Presence of Being.
