TLDR - [They] are trying to drum up a Polio scare. All that’s going to do is give us an avenue and an audience to expose that Polio was a complete scamdemic as well. And we can talk about all kinds of fun stuff like DDT poisoning and the fact they knew that Vitamin C would cure that and all kinds of things.

You already program yourself every time you rest. The thoughts you are thinking right before you go to sleep sit there and you marinate in them.
You choose what those thoughts look like.
Refer to my thought bubble of positivity a couple posts back if needed. I actually had to do my own thought bubble tonight to reprogram a situation I am struggling through. It doesn't have to be a struggle though and I know this. I am choosing to suffer through this experience when I know it will all work out in the end. That's what putting pen to paper helped me re-member.

You already program yourself every time you rest. The thoughts you are thinking right before you go to sleep sit there and you marinate in them.
You choose what those thoughts look like.

When we sleep, we connect to The All whether we remember it upon waking or not.
What’s key, is that when we sleep, our persona / conscious mind / Ego gets out of the way with all its limiting beliefs. When we sleep we heal physically which science has shown us. But science has never been able to figure exactly why we need to sleep. And the real reason is this: when you sleep, your beliefs about yourself get out of the way. Your beliefs that you are inevitably aging, that you have health issues, that you have “problems”.
The belief that there is “something wrong with you” gets removed from the equation for a while and you actually do HEAL at a deep level.
So, yes, absolutely charge yourself with positive intentions at bedtime. Place that intention into the Universe and let it work with, for and through you as you rest. And the next time you feel the urge to nap, even if it’s not at the “right time” try to find a way to give yourself what you need. It may be your Soul asking for it even more than your body. 😇
