You know, the one you’ve had since you were knit together? The one that has been conditioned to do, say and believe all manner of things that are false. This can be beautiful and exciting and it can also be terrifying and disconcerting. There is no right or wrong. It just is.

Imagine a switchboard, covered in wires and having all of them unplugged at once because they were in the wrong sockets. Now, start to put them in their proper places. How could this be anything but disconcerting?!

As you continue to awaken, give yourself space to integrate what you are learning.
Give yourself time to come to fuller understandings.
Give yourself grace to make mistakes, because there really is no such thing.
Give yourself forgiveness for the things that you have dragged along with you. And as you let them go, you will realize that even the concept of forgiveness was never really needed.

But you must go through the process. There is no other way.

The Solar Flares have been shooting off the sun left and right this past week.

When this happens they also shoot off Coronal Mass Ejections or CME'S.

This is happening with such frequency that we are begining to get bombarded with them.

Today we know we have atleast 2 CME'S coming in but there is a slight chance it could be up to FIVE.

If everything hits at just the right time and with just the right frequency, we could see a major Energetic Day the likes of which we have NEVER experienced before.

This is not a fearful thing, but an AMAZING experience for our Ascension.

I can't stress enough how important it is today to listen to your inner knowings.

Those nudges, and feelings will lead you through today in the best ways possible.

Your spirit team is with you, even if you don't see them, they will guide you through today's massive and amazing upgrades.

A parasitological evaluation of edible insects and their role in the transmission of parasitic diseases to humans and animals

From 1 January 2018 came into force Regulation (EU) 2015/2238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, introducing the concept of “novel foods”, including insects and their parts. One of the most commonly used species of insects are: mealworms (Tenebrio molitor), house crickets (Acheta domesticus), cockroaches (Blattodea) and migratory locusts (Locusta migrans).

The aim of this study was to identify and evaluate the developmental forms of parasites colonizing edible insects in household farms and pet stores in Central Europe and to determine the potential risk of parasitic infections for humans and animals. The experimental material comprised samples of live insects (imagines) from 300 household farms and pet stores, including 75 mealworm farms, 75 house cricket farms, 75 Madagascar hissing cockroach farms and 75 migrating locust farms. Parasites were detected in 244 (81.33%) out of 300 (100%) examined insect farms. In 206 (68.67%) of the cases, the identified parasites were pathogenic for insects only; in 106 (35.33%) cases, parasites were potentially parasitic for animals; and in 91 (30.33%) cases, parasites were potentially pathogenic for humans.

Certainty breeds tremendous smugness. We each possess a deeper level of being, however, which loves a paradox. It knows that Summer is already growing like a seed in the depth of winter. It knows that the moment we are born, we begin to die. It knows that all of life shimmers in the shades of becoming - that shadow and light are always together. The visible, mingled with the invisible. When we sit in stillness we are profoundly active. Keeping silent, we hear the roar of existence. Through our willingness to be the one we are, we become one with everything.

August 17th: Sacrifice of Odin

We are entering what was known in Norse Culture as the nine days of Odin’s Ordeal. This belief tells of how Odin sacrificed himself to himself, (there is no greater power than that of the Father of all Gods.) by piercing himself with his own spear and then hanging from the Yggdrasil Ash Tree which blankets all of Asgard, in order to give us the knowledge of the Runes. Odin is known for his continuous quest for knowledge. Today, the 17th is the first day and this will go on until the 25th. Odin’s nine days of sacrifice and suffering will go on until the final day. That will mark the discovery of the Runes.

It’s very much like the Christ story of sacrifice. Only, instead of washing the world clean of sin, Odin is sacrificing himself to give the world a form of enlightenment.

One of those things that is so hard to quantify in words.
