It makes me tear up to think of what's been done.
It makes me tear up to think that we are right now the result of at least 1 love story like this.
We will remember. We have healing to do. I love that you are on this journey for yourself and there are more of us than ever in my 22 years of awareness of spirit here. Sometimes we heal together. It's rough but you refuse to give up.
Sometimes we must journey it alone first and believe there is a journey together down the road.

What had been done to both of us to make us doubt. They sexualize children for this very reason. Family units struggle when that trauma rules.

I think the thing that helped me greatly was learning by being truly with myself.
I am not my coping skills.
I am more.
My coping skills I should not judge, because when I needed to survive something, they are what I learned to survive.
I learned them. They are not me unless I allow them to be.
Learning to survive means you are pretty damn smart. And you can learn something else.
I survived the first 5 years of my life being beat by my father and his mother. Bad drunks. Mom witnessed and got us out of there. Once victimized you can live there. For the next 5 years I was a child victim of SA to a male friend of my grandma on my mom side.
There was a lot to heal for me and it hit the lowest point of my life 36 years old even though it all ended at 12 years old.
[They] are efficient in keeping us in a state of "learned helplessness"
We have spent centuries pr programming to learn to be helpless....it is not who we were created to be originally.
We take things as literal fight or flight response because our society has raised souls to be seen and not heard. We believe we can't change that.
Like a foster child in a new home. Realizing they are finally safe, they have a lot to release.
But we are possible, against all odds. Truly. We have to be willing to take on the things we think make us stuck in the past. Parasites are part of the influence here.

When we say we are damaged...
Damaged is past tense. That is us living there.
What are you now?
There is no present tense of trauma unless we choose to not heal it.
It's all in the past. And sometimes we must go back there with only ourselves to observe it and learn that now we are not damage.
Or we will become damaging for ourselves and others that lie in our future.

If we heal and choose a lifestyle of present coping skills (and this is tough at first, but doing the self work and learning to love you, wholly is important) we Victor our present moment.
Trauma on both sides teach us either to not look there or when we do that the trauma and use is our only worth.

All this slowing down and speeding up, has literally changed how we understand time and how it works.
It could be that we are in October already because of these changes?!
I know where I live, my trees are almost free of their leaves and it's only September.
Look around your world.
Do you notice a difference in what's happening around you in nature and the date we believe to be in?
It's very interesting the times we are in. Exciting too!
Also, in these bigger energies be kind to yourself when you're triggered this week.
You are working so hard to walk in your light and keep your vibration high.
Clearing out emotions within is as important as everything else you are doing.
We have three days of energies that are going to give you this opportunity to really purge and release anything that still needs to go.
