Our entire society has been abused. The system we live in IS a manipulation to get you to live in fear. Without even realizing it.

Want to know where darkness thrives? In places where there is no awareness. Shine the light of your consciousness on it and watch what happens!

You came here to be the Light.

There is a basic human wisdom that can help solve the world’s problems. It doesn’t belong to any one culture or region or religious tradition—though it can be found in many of them throughout history. It’s what Chögyam Trungpa called the sacred path of the warrior. The sacred warrior conquers the world not through violence or aggression but through gentleness, courage, and self-knowledge. The warrior discovers the basic goodness of human life and radiates that goodness out into the world for the peace and sanity of others.

You are being abused by your society. Constant doses of negativity and shit to worry about. This mentality makes you crave a savior, that YOU DO NOT NEED! Oh, but [they] will offer you one. Sure as shit. And those “saviors” will come in all sorts of packages.

Victimization, repetitive abuse, constant stress and life in a fight or flight mode are all weapons used against your psyche.

Think of it this way, you’re on the rack and they’re just turning the screws. Climb down. You’re not strapped to that thing. You only THINK you are.

FEAR is the enemy.
Always was.

Every time I listen to someone talk about their problems, I try to help them pull away from them. To look at them in a different light. What is this teaching you? What a wonderful opportunity for you to witness what God does next for you! How can we reframe this to pull you out of the fear you are feeling? Because when we don’t feel fear, we don’t really see things as problems. They are just situations.

Now, I’m no expert and I can be rough around the edges, but I do KNOW that when we trust God and the workings of the Universe to make lemonade out of lemons, it happens!

But many times, people hang on to their problems and their fear. They don’t really want to let go. Why? Because it’s familiar. They are comfortable there. More so than say, stepping off into the unknown and truly trusting that things are going to be ok and work out for our highest good.

That is challenging! And we are not well practiced in doing it. It gets easier, the more we practice, but man….that first one is a doozy.

Let go of the labels you have for yourself. Let go of the attachment to the idea that you have something to complain about and blame for your misery. Suffering is SEDUCTIVE.
It gives you an out.
Don’t take it.
Trust.
You’re not going to fall.

Are you being led by Love, or by Fear? You get to choose. In every moment of every day, you choose.
