Forgiveness.
Let's TALK ABOUT FORGIVENESS.
There are soooo many avenues that can lead you to forgiveness.
Holding onto past hurts is a stain on your heart. You have to realize that. That's why your heart HURTS when you think of people you haven't forgiven. That's what pulls it down. It's magnetic.
You can only stay in lifted spirits for so long until unforgiveness pulls you back down if you haven't let it go.
Understand that what has happened to you here is ALL part of your eternal journey.
Eternal.
That means never ending.
That means your journey goes on and on and on. That means ALL the pain, all the hurt, all the strife you experience here, no matter how "chronic" it may be, lasts a MILLISECOND in your eternal soul journey. Not even a second in the cosmic time scale.
Our human bodies have a verrrrry hard time accepting this fact, this truth, because we see the shortness of the life our physical bodies have.
Our souls are different forces altogether. And our soul aches to be free of suffering.
Suffering is a choice, but a super duper easy choice to make because we have grown up in a suffering world. Again, it's magnetism. It pulls us down as it suffers.
So how do we forgive?
Understand that every soul is on its own journey until it returns back to God. To Source. To Spirit.
Understand that just as you are learning, they have their lessons to learn.
KNOW the FACT that every single person that has ever lived has the same capacity to do the very worst thing the very worst human has ever done. They also have the capacity to do the very best thing the very best human has done.
These things that we've used our spoken language to coin as "good" and "bad" are ALLLLLLLL lessons. They're just lessons. Tests. Trials.
What happens to you AND what you do to others.
Because face it. You've hurt people too. You've shattered dreams too. You've placed an ache in someone else's heart.
You were growing.
You did the best you could with what you had at the time.
You wouldn't do that again today why?
BECAUSE YOU LEARNED FROM IT!!
Respect that eventually, we all learn our lessons. The lessons we came here to learn. You might learn them when you're 10 years old. Others might not learn them until they are on their death bed.
BUT YOU DEAR SOUL, YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO JUDGE THEM FOR THAT!
Only God has that position of checks and balances. God is THE balance.
And we all do learn.
If you truly want to let go of that resentment inside, resentment for yourself and resentment for others, step outside of your time box.
Look at the 1000000000x ft view.
Realize that if you are still sending negative energy to anyone, that energy is becoming something. It could effect you or it could effect them. But what does your heart truly want here? Because hurt people hurt other people. Do you want that person to keep hurting other people? Truly, do you?
No. You don't. You know in your heart that your deepest desire about them IS actually for them to heal and to learn and to never hurt someone else the way they hurt you. So WHY on earth would you manifest negativity into their life now? You have power in this situation. You can help them heal too, by letting them go of the bondage of resentment.
No. You don't need to tell them. No. You don't need to have them in your life. No. You don't have to accept annnny of that pain from them in any shape or form.
Simply changing your thoughts about them is enough to let it all go, and to let them become free to learn their lessons and grow. Just. Like. You.

Then, it is so much easier to see the Divine in others and to forgive them their “trespasses” because we understand it is their feeling of separation from God that is causing their actions. It’s their ego at play and it has nothing to do with you.
See it for what it is and let it go.
Your Heart is the gateway to the Aeternal and the bridge between Heaven and Earth.
