We need to heal from the traumas that this world has caused us, brothers and sisters. This way, we don’t reject the good things being presented to us by the Universe. 💫

I must admit… I’m having way too much fun with this topic. I think I’m just really enjoying being in tune with my intuition and not letting all the negativity make me doubt myself. 🙂

This whole facade has us trained to be reactive. We are less creative as time goes by. Stifled by small traumas that cause poor reactions and big traumas that cause learned helplessness.
Look up learned helplessness, basically we accept our terms of survival because they are less than the repercussions but they themselves are stressful and restraining.
If we learn to react to every little thing, we become predictable. Enough subdued training to react and we now have a predictability to stimulus others can control us with.
Go back to my write up about sacrifice and needing the rains for harvest (one big, easy to see example of fear based, reaction training). We are fed these fear based moments constantly. So much so, we don't know how to quiet our warning system, it causes self doubt, which causes more reaction.

I have lived life or death moments as a child. I have lived moments where the complete control of my body was taken from me in every aspect. That's severe trauma. And healing from it actually helped me see this.

Since those 12 years, I have not met one instance in my life that compares. But healing helped. Otherwise the death spiral of fear, cope, and self loathe would have made me a statistic. Trained to abuse something, others or myself as the only reaction to negative or confusing emotion/circumstances.

A predictable reaction.
Reactive to Creative.
To create, I relearned. Those moments don't define me. What I learned to survive those moments does not define me. I was surviving. Anyway a child could. To break free of those copes I would literally ask myself "Is this moment now, life or death?"
So far, all answers were "no". So for myself if it is not immediate jeopardy, it does not warrant a reaction. I can process my thoughts on it, I can set better boundaries because of it. Nothing except a life or death situation warrants an immediate response. I learned to wait myself out, to listen to the array of emotions that would cycle before choosing what I went with. I created a safe space within myself to process. This has allowed me to create consequences of my actions I am more prepared to manage.

We are creative beings. Our ancestors knew this. Our stories speak of it.

Base line, my reactions are mine to give. Not someone else's to control me with. Not life or death? I will create with patience for myself the situation that is best. If life or death? It will be met with a force of something I now know only comes out in that moment.

We are naturally CREATIVE
Always been the same letters in each word. You decide how they line up.

WE ARE RISING TOGETHER.

Every time you level up, every time you reach a new place of understanding and Love within yourSelf, you are raising the consciousness of this planet.

Understand this. The work you are doing MATTERS. The trials you are working your way through are important for your growth. They matter!
It’s not for naught and it’s certainly not a punishment for you to endure. Each episode of pain and trial has a valuable pearl at its center. Seek it out. And cultivate gratitude for it!

As each Son of God grows, so does the Kingdom.
