What’s the one thing you’ve always been warned not to do?

Why have you been made to feel small? To think small? To Believe small?

You know why.

If you insert a nugget of fear, shame or guilt into the psyche / energy field in a person, that low vibration will act as an anchor to hold your frequency down. No matter how hard you try to rise, no matter how high you vibe, that nugget of shit will average into your frequency and hold you hostage. You’ll NEVER be able to pull your frequency up to the level it could and should be at because, well…physics.

And the thing is, YOU are the only one who can release yourself from the fear, shame and guilt. [They] told you that Forgiveness and Atonement needed to come from somewhere else; that it was external.
But it isn’t.

It’s you. YOU have the power to release yourself from “Hell”.
And ONLY YOU can do it.

Look inside. See where the threads of shame, guilt, fear and unworthiness are tied. And then loose the knots and let those things go. You’ll rise like a helium balloon that’s lost its tether, because you were always meant to FLY!
