If you insert a nugget of fear, shame or guilt into the psyche / energy field in a person, that low vibration will act as an anchor to hold your frequency down. Look inside. See where the threads of shame, guilt, fear and unworthiness are tied. And then loose the knots and let those things go. You’ll rise like a helium balloon that’s lost its tether, because you were always meant to FLY!
