Rest, hydrate and ground is what comes to my own mind. I’m finding though that I can’t get enough rest. I even had a great meditation today and I’m still short tempered. Very unusual for me anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t necessarily buy into the idea that the Grand Solar Flash is right around the corner. According to some it’s been right around the corner for years now. Whatever. Whether it is or isn’t I have no control over it. Therefore, I don’t really care much.

I do care about the current energies though. It helps to understand them.

I was gonna post how annoying it is when people get all wrapped around the axle about extraneous crap that really doesn’t matter.

And then I realized that’s what I was doing by being annoyed by it.
