You need to remember that there is so much more than this reality that you see around you here.
This is a game. A high-stakes game, certainly, but a game nonetheless. You can choose to let it consume you, or you can understand it for what it is. And you can dedicate yourself to learning the rules. (They’ve been hidden from you. That’s why you feel so lost.)
Are your emotions and attachments here “real”? Sure. Do you feel joy, pain and sadness etc? Yes. But…..
This is not all there is.
Breathe.
Pull back on the stick and climb.

In just over the course of a year we have fundamentally reshaped the board in our own favour, and look to be on the precipice of our first major victory long-planned, with the possible release of Assange ahead and the summary loss for the CIA's multi-billion dollar decades-long bid to destroy your free speech.
What was impossible only a few hundred days ago has become the likely probability ahead, and that is thanks to you.
Each of you raising your voice each day. Each of you tirelessly fighting forward.

United States Air Force personnel denied religious accommodations from the COVID-19 shot remain protected today as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously upheld a class wide injunction citing that the mandate violates their religious freedom under the First Amendment and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993 (RFRA).
The order for Hunter Doster, et al. v. Hon Frank Kendall, et al., the Sixth Circuit affirmed the lower court's decisions in an opinion by Judge Murphy, joined by Judges Bush and Kethledge, and denied the federal government's appeal to require the entire class of Air Force members to obtain COVID-19 shots.
Similar to language used in Judge Merryday's order granting classwide protection to the U.S. Marines, Judge Murphy brought up the Air Force's failure to apply RFRA "to the person": "RFRA prohibits the government from relying on generalities to meet either part of this test. The government instead must show that its "marginal interest" in enforcing a mandate against a specific 'person' is compelling and that it cannot further its interest in another way that imposes less of a burden on that person's religious exercise.
As a backdrop, while pushing through almost 4,300 medical and administrative exemptions, the Air Force all but rubberstamped denials to service members' religious accommodation requests, granting only 135 out of approximately 10,000 applications. All of those granted were already on their way out of the service within a year.
Liberty Counsel Founder and Chairman Mat Staver said, "This is a great decision that grants protection for the religious freedom for all Air Force personnel from Joe Biden's unlawful COVID shot mandate. No service member should be required to choose between service to the country and service to God. This will be a good precedent for our upcoming argument at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and our January trial seeking a permanent classwide injunction for the U.S. Marines."

It’s not always easy keeping our frequencies raised… especially with everything that’s going on in this world. The fog of war is thick and if we aren’t doing any inner/soul/shadow work, it’s much easier for us to get lost and feed into fear.
Taking a break from the internet could be very helpful. Spending time in prayer/meditation helps too. Spending time in nature and soaking up the sun codes and reconnecting with Earth’s frequencies, is another helpful way to stay grounded… swimming in oceans, rivers, lakes can help cleanse our auras. Even shower mediations and baths are effective.
Do whatever resonates with you, whatever you love to do, whatever makes you happy, to raise your frequency. What we must avoid doing is sulking in lower frequencies and trying to pull others into those energies. Feel your shit, just don’t lose your shit.
