Don’t rush this. Just accept whatever comes to you. Just knowing that it really is there can help you to perceive it.

Understand that you may “see” it, or you might be one who “feels” it instead. You might be able to sense it with your hands. Do you see a color? Do you get an impression of a color or a light in your mind instead of with your sight? That’s not nothing! Don’t push it away. Just make a note.

Pray.
Repeat.
