It's time to discuss Astragalus Membranaceous.
The root herb has many amazing healing qualities with little to no side effects for people.
Only thing I have read as a concern is if someone has an auto-immune disease they may have a negative response to Astragalus for it boosts your immune system.
This root herb is known to heal many things including improvement to atrial fibrillation, myocarditis, and other heart related illnesses. Has been used to treat and cure flu and cold.
Astragalus helps heal kidneys. It can heal many things and is showing massive help in TYPE 2 Diabetes.
Astragalus literally can repair your DNA.
In studies it has been shown to "halt" aging by restoring the telomeres or "end caps" of your DNA. Telomeres shorten in length as our cells divide and we age.
Here are some articles on this herb.
This is not medical advice. Just some research on one of the most amazing root herbs I have ever read on. I will be sharing more soon and hope to do a chat on Astragalus.

↟ Glaðr Ljóssi - Glad Lucia ↟
❄️ Today, the 13th of December we celebrate a very old tradition here in Scandinavia originally called Ljóssi - "Lucia". At the darkest time of the year here in our pre-Christian North, we had a tradition that was linked to light, darkness and the course of the year. The tradition was also often called "Mother Night" and is celebrated just a few days before the wheel is turning - the Winter Solstice.
❄️ Lucia is a tradition held to welcome the return of the light and is a symbol of a light-bringing female. Earlier back in the days, women of each tribe climbed the highest hill or mountain in the area dressed in white and light to watch the horizon for a sign of the light returning. This has it's original origins from the pagan light-goddesses Frigg and Sól - Sunna, and the red belt around the waist of Lucia symbolize fertility...- continues in comment below! ⬇️
