Just a quick story before I call it a day...

I stopped at a services area today (for my US friends, that’s like a rest area, a mall food court, and a gas station all in one) while driving to the coast in Dorset. I was not wearing a mask and there was a masked woman who entered at the same time I did and we arrived at the Ladies room together. She’d been kind of eyeing me during the walk in and I assumed she was mustering up the courage to challenge my unmasked status. (As had the mask enforcement Nazi at the main entrance, but he was unsuccessful because I totally ignored him.)

Anyway, when I was at the sink washing my hands, in the mirror I saw her come out of the stall.
She had removed her mask and she never put it back on. 😊

Good morning ☀️ It’s Monday, 19 April and my kids are back to school today after break.

I pray each day as they go out into the insanity that God watches over them and keeps their sovereignty intact. They are lights in the darkness. And they are mighty. Each in their own way.

Who was feeling THAT over the past 9 hours or so? Usually a spike makes me a bit energized, but this one put me out like a light. It was overnight for me, and I slept like a rock. Weird.
