There are going to be things you encounter now that challenge the very roots of your conditioning.
And we have ALL been conditioned in various ways to enslave ourselves within the matrix.

These challenges that arise are likely to rock you to your core (if that hasn’t already happened). They will make you question everything you thought you knew before, and likely a lot of things you thought you had already rectified and understood.

There are always more layers.

Hold everything in an open hand, not a fist. Let what needs to stay rest there and let whatever no longer serves you fall away.

People who are asleep and operating on autopilot have no idea that they are being controlled. Meanwhile, they will swear up and down that it’s not possible that there could be a giant conspiracy taking place.

How would that be organized?

How would people receive those “orders”?

Nah, couldn’t happen. People aren’t smart enough to organize something like that….

So how do we combat energetic attacks?

How do we shield?

First, grounding and detoxing, staying centered are just going to be key to life going forward. These will become integral keys to joy.

Then we observe.

Observe the attack.

What does it feel like?

When did it start?

What happened before you began feeling that way?

Where were/are you?

Who are you around?

What are you talking about or doing?

Do you have more clarity around where the attack may have originated?

Is there something this clarity can teach you?

How are you reacting to the attack?

How do you want to react to the attack?

What can you learn from those desires and reactions?

What would your highest, best self do in this situation?

Shift gears or stand firm with confidence accordingly, knowing you ultimately control your energy and take back all authority over your energetic presence.

It starts with the realization that you always have a choice. Make the choice and set the boundary in your heart like you would set brick in mortar. Make it absolute.

The rest follows this. It helps to do all the above listed. I learned to make it absolute in my mind and the others followed almost naturally.
I found myself wanting to ground more and so on and so on.

It is unique for us all the path, yet similar tools to get there❤️
