I could use some major prayers or something today. I have arthritis have had lower back and hip problems since my Army days. Not sure what happened to make my back and hips basically give out on me yesterday and I am in excruciating pain today and can barely move, sit, walk etc. I’m going to the VA hospital since I have no other options and I ask that you all pray they actually help me for once. I hate crying when I am in pain but today I just don’t care cus I’m not good and tired of the pain practically throwing me to the ground.

Please also send healing prayers for Wendy who has also been hit with sudden back pain.

Fear and Love cannot both be the driving force behind your thoughts, words and deeds at the same time.

Either you are operating out of Love or you are operating out of Fear. It may seem like you could do both… “I’m full of Love, but I’m worried about x, y or z.” Or “I Love everyone, but I want my enemies to suffer.” Or “My heart is open, but I can’t entertain this or that idea because they’re bad.”

Do you see it? The contradiction? The presence of Fear takes the power away from the Love within you. And only you can dispel the fear. No one can do it for you. Fear holds no actual power over Love, but if you accept it into your field, you are allowing it to drive you.

You cannot serve two masters.

Choose.

And then keep choosing.
In every day, every moment, every interaction, keep turning towards Love.

There have been many Masters who showed you how to do this, but you were not ready to understand.
Now you are.

You have a guidance system. But it has been systematically shut down for centuries. Your emotions are your compass for pulling yourself out of the matrix and finding your way home.

You’ve been told not to trust them. You’ve been told to ignore them. You’ve been told you’re a “silly girl” or a “weak man” when you’ve allowed your emotions to affect and guide you.

So, many of you stopped doing that. And in doing so you made yourself numb. You’re flying blind now because you’ve shut off your instruments. You are in the fog trying to find your way, but you do not realize that you have everything you need to get out.

Follow your emotions. There are actually only two which spur all others: Fear and LOVE. Turn away from the fear and choose love. You know what fear feels like. That is your current state of being for many of you and you must realize that that is what makes you behave as you do. You ALMOST know what real LOVE feels like. You can imagine it, but until you experience it, you do not fully understand. When you do feel it, you will never forget and your guidance system will have become fully tuned.

Follow it.

You may have noticed I have not been paying it much attention.
It was never going to be that “easy”.
Don’t despair.
It doesn’t matter.

I pray that the people who are trapped in dogmatic thought patterns and fear be released today.
I pray that the bindings that have been wrapped around the People’s Minds be loosed.

You see, we’ve been taught to pray from a place of unworthiness. A place of shame.
“I know I’m a sinner, Lord. Please have mercy on me and deign to give me what I’m asking for, even though I don’t deserve it.”

Sound familiar? Yeah, that’s the cage that was built for you.

The TRUTH is that you are part of God, made in His image and capable of creating anything in this world that you wish to. As soon as you can let go of the fear, shame and sense that you are unworthy of Love, beauty and abundance, the sooner you can start to understand that you were given only part of the story. You were fooled into believing something about yourself that just isn’t true and in doing so, your power was essentially removed.

Take it back. It’s yours for the claiming. It really is.

Everything is about Faith and Belief. Challenge your own beliefs and see where that takes you.
