👆🏽 I think it’s safe to say that everyone in our lil community has gone down very deep rabbit holes. I believe it’s important to not stay down there for too long, as we could potentially get lost in the darkness. I know I did for a little while.

It caused me a lot of grief and depression, to learn that I had been lied to about literally pretty much everything. When I chose to rise above the darkness by climbing outta the rabbit holes and do some soul searching instead, I ended up in more darkness… my shadows. It was a different kind of darkness… one that triggered/pushed me to do the innerwork, so I could heal from my traumas. Not just my childhood and adulthood traumas, but the traumas that the world has caused our Collective.

Is the healing journey painful? Yeah. Is it worth it? Absolutely. We just need to be patient with ourselves, as the healing journey isn’t linear. Some days we are good, and others… not so much. I’ve learned that my triggers tell me which parts of myself still need healing. At some point, you just get tired of feeling the pain and decide to let it (karmic cycles) all go. Feeling is healing. Learn the lessons and keep raising your frequency.
