Don’t you actually feel better admitting that so that you can DO something about it? It takes so much freaking energy to deny reality. Think of all the good we can do if we stop wasting it on covering our ears, keeping our eyes shut and yelling “la-la-la” at the top of our lungs!

Oh, and guess what? There are far more wonderful and amazing things we’ve been unaware of as well!
