Where do the two hemispheres of the brain meet?

At the CROSS.

Jesus is an energy. The divine Source of all creation manifested into a physical characteristic we can relate to.

There have been hundreds of incarnations of this SAME energy.

The christians called it Jesus.

But there were those before them and those after them who also received this energy.

They called it by another name.

Assigned to it different manifested physical characteristics.

Let's stop ARGUING with those who were brought up with a different picture of what this energy should look like.

They are ALL just stories our grandfather's were told by their grandfather's as told by their grandfather's.

These stories continue on generation after generation.

The ENERGY never died. And it never truly "left us".

It's been here all along, guiding us even in the dark.

If it weren't, NONE of us would be here today experiencing it.

Yes. YOU are experiencing this energy too.

We have so many markers, maps, keys, stories go help us put it all together and see that WE ARE ALL TALKING ABOUT THE SAME THING!!!!

So why does it look so different in each religion?

Why are there some religions who teach opposite of each other?

Because WE create those differences. The disagreements. The conflicts.

Because WE each see this story differently.

We experience it differently.

And when we think we have it "right" we are no longer open to being taught.

And depending on the personal trauma behind the person who goes on to share that story, depending on the amount of healing or lack there of they've worked through, the story gets totally truncated. Then retold and retold again.

We stop being a scholar - enjoying the learning.

We try to tell everyone else just how RIGHT we are.

Ultimately, disrespecting the lense that someone else carries with them.

We integrated a belief at one point that there is only "one right way" bscause we do have an innate knowing that there is The ONE whom we all came from.

So we seek that "one" - throwing off the many.

But no book has perfectly captured that one.

Because that One reveals itself to us in the language, in the image, in the personification that will most resonate with us.

The One knows what we need on an incredibly individual level to motivate us to do what it is we are needed for.

The part that we "drop the ball" in is when we delegate the seat that belongs to the One to the many.

We follow what he believes and what she believes and what they believe and have heard.

And WHEN they say something or preach something that doesn't translate well inside of us, we reject the WHOLE.

Here's what I am learning to do:
I see all world religions, all occult knowledge, ancient wisdoms and spiritual teachings as a massive collage of puzzle pieces.

Each teaching and gospel have pieces, components, that fit perfectly into the greater picture. However, they also each have pieces that look like they might line up but when put in place they just don't "click"

Instead of throwing out that entire batch of puzzle pieces, I instead focus on finding the ones that do click, that do resonate.

And theres just too many stories to sort through, too many stories to read, too much knowledge to know to ever get to a place where I will "know it all". So that is not my aim.

My aim is to be a student. Always learning. Always growing. Always elevating my innerstanding of each subject.

My intention is to share my own story of how God affects me day to day and my prayer is that by doing so, it inspires others to do the same.

I have come to the point in life where I have to acknowledge the lies that I have been told and my acceptance of them.

Therefore, I believe very little on face value. For me to learn something new has become far more of a process than an event.

I pick up pieces of information and try to fit them into the puzzle. Some charlatans have jigsaws and cut false pieces to fit the puzzle, but not the big picture. You have to be ready and able to throw them out even after you have accepted them.

Some pieces have been in our puzzles for a very long time and it’s not easy to pry them out. Those are the painful truths.

I believe that The Truth is spread out across multiple religions, spiritual practices, philosophies and texts.

What if we all have to unite and get over our differences in order for it all to click together?

What if that is exactly what’s happening through the internet and access to information from all walks of life? What if the puzzle can only be unlocked through people’s individual growth as we put aside our judgements and look to each other to actually understand the other perspectives that are out there?

Syncretism.
Seeking to understand instead of judge.
Looking for information in order to actually learn instead of using it to beat each other over the head with.

It’s funny how as soon as we stop trying to prove that we are “right” the pieces we need to actually understand what’s going on show up.
