Energetic parasites drain your energy out.

And when you stop responding to the trigger, they have no way to access your energy field.
When a parasite sees you have no reaction to the trigger, they get more intense, they try to hurt you. using all of your vulnerabilities, but if you shift your perception and realize they are hurting the most and feel compassion for them instead, they will have lost their power over you.
They will try everything under the sleeve, play victim, play tough, play cold, or whatever they think hurts you the most. But once you stop feeling anger, pain, or fear, and start feeling compassion, love, and self confidence, the game is over.
This is not about not feeling emotions, this is about knowing when to do so. Not triggered, and not to disarm you, only to empower you.
Practice it, it's extremely liberating.

The Lie says to the Truth: "It's a marvellous day today"! The Truth looks up to the skies and sighs, for the day was really beautiful. They spend a lot of time together, ultimately arriving beside a well. The Lie tells the Truth: "The water is very nice, let's take a bath together!" The Truth, once again suspicious, tests the water and discovers that it indeed is very nice. They undress and start bathing. Suddenly, the Lie comes out of the water, puts on the clothes of the Truth and runs away. The furious Truth comes out of the well and runs everywhere to find the Lie and to get her clothes back. The World, seeing the Truth naked, turns its gaze away, with contempt and rage.
The poor Truth returns to the well and disappears forever, hiding therein, its shame. Since then, the Lie travels around the world, dressed as the Truth, satisfying the needs of society, because, the World, in any case, harbours no wish at all to meet the naked Truth.

Here is a much better copy of the Kolbrin Bible. We likely do not have access to a fully complete one. And as with all ancient texts, we are left with what we can see in front of us with very little proof that it is whole and unaltered.
