The most overlooked part of the great awakening that everyone is also experiencing is inner healing. The Hopi called this the Great Purification.

The fact that you can sit and reflect during and after a conflict to see objectively what you could do better or could have done better - and then walk away from said conflict with an expanded perspective of yourself and how you handle things just shows that it was a lesson for you and whether the other party sees it or not, it is also an opportunity for them to learn and to grow if that is their choice

We were programmed to believe that fight or flight are our only options to respond to conflict.

We are learning there is a third option... Love.

Yet we all come with many layers of baggage and trauma which shape our perspective which then dictactes our response.

Your perspective has grown through this.

Instead of using the conflicts you encounter to produce shame and guilt, continue to forgive yourself, let it go and be thankful for the lesson learned.

Send the other person love in the safest way possible and press forward to your next lesson.

Keep your "I AM" - AIM laser focused on becoming your Best Self.

So, many of you stopped doing that. And in doing so you made yourself numb. You’re flying blind now because you’ve shut off your instruments. You are in the fog trying to find your way, but you do not realize that you have everything you need to get out.

Follow your emotions. There are actually only two which spur all others: Fear and LOVE. Turn away from the fear and choose love. You know what fear feels like. That is your current state of being for many of you and you must realize that that is what makes you behave as you do. You ALMOST know what real LOVE feels like. You can imagine it, but until you experience it, you do not fully understand. When you do feel it, you will never forget and your guidance system will have become fully tuned.
