You carry The Truth within you.
It is in your blood. In your DNA.
In the very essence of your physical being.
The Truth is not lost and never was.
You just did not know to look for it because you did not even know it was missing. The animal born into captivity does not understand that what it sees is a cage. It does not question. How could you know to search for something that you never missed?
But now you do. Now you know that Truth has been covered over with layers of deception and needs to be reclaimed. You can do this because you know how to sense it from within your very being. The Creator gave you the perfect instrument with which to find it.
Check what you encounter in the external world against what your innate self already understands. You can check for resonance because the frequency is already inside of you. When a “Truth” comes across your path in the physical world it will sing with your blood as a tuning fork sings when it comes near another of like frequency.
You’ve found the secret.
You even understand how it works.
Now use what you know.
There is no going back.

LOVE
When you feel it from another…True Unconditional Love, you will be able to hone in on that feeling. Cultivate it. Grow it within yourself. Let it renew your body, mind and spirit. And then spread it to others.

This is the work you are here to do.
You understand now that frequency radiates off of you. You understand that you are both a receiver and a transmitter. You understand that you have a purpose. A higher calling that is rooted in Spirit because it comes directly from the Creator.
Your job is to be a bridge.
To bring Divine Love here to earth. To pull it from the aether and manifest it into the physical world that you now inhabit with your physical body.
That body is a tool for you to use here. Every tool has a purpose and you can choose to use it properly or improperly. When you use a tool improperly, you are met with frustration, unfinished work and sometimes injury and pain. When you have the correct tool for the job, your work goes smoothly and comes to fruition with ease.
The purpose of your body is to show Love to your Brothers and Sisters. To all of Creation. To receive and spread Love - that is its purpose. Nothing more and certainly nothing less. When a body is governed by the ego, it is being used improperly. When it is governed by Spirit, it sings.
The world wants to be blanketed in the Love frequency. It wants to be covered with human transmission stations all resonating together at that perfect frequency. Each person in their own unique way, contributing to the symphony of Creation.

One of the ways I learned to forgive some of my worst childhood tormentors?
I meditated on what I ACTUALLY wanted to see in their life.
The easy thing to want is their torment and destruction. We've been programmed into wanting to see just as much, if not more pain inflecting them as they've caused us.
But when I was able to rest in the Love of God and truly reflect on what I actually did want to see in their life...
I WANTED to see transformation.
In my heart, that's what brought the most joy.
I wanted to see them healed.
I wanted to see them recover.
I wanted to know in my heart that they would never ever hurt another child like that again.
I wanted to see them as a broken child too and to see their broken child become whole so they could stop breaking other children.
I wanted to see them whole.
Happy.
Free.
That's what my heart truly wanted.
Then I recognized that I was standing in their way to healing.
Everytime I hated them.
Everytime I resented them.
Everytime I blamed them.
Everytime I cursed them...
I was manifesting bad, bad, bad into their very soul.
I knew I had to change.
My heart was transforming.
And now when I think of those people, yes, I have a memory of the pain they caused me, but it's just a memory. It's not an attachment I feel the need to hurt over today, anymore.
Now, when I think of them, I pray for them.
I pray they are on their way to healing.
I pray they have changed their ways.
I pray they've felt my forgiveness and have begun forgiving themself too.
Because I've done things that used to bring me shame, guilt, fear.
And at some point I felt Gods Love, Grace, Forgiveness.
"Agape" "Redemption" God said.
And that's all I want for those who hurt me. That's what I want for EVERYONE.
I've EXPERIENCED a heart transformation and I KNOW what it feels, sounds and looks like. I want to help others see that they have that CHOICE too.
Because you see, God wasn't holding out for one day when I'd suddenly have racked up enough good deeds that I'd be deemed worthy of Love and Grace and Forgiveness.
God was just waiting for me to ACCEPT these things. They were ALWAYS available to me. I was blind, I didn't see, I thought I had to repent and climb a thousand mountains and I'd still never be worthy.
That's a LIE.
God isn't waiting for you to be "good enough".
He's waiting for you to innerstand that you always were.
And in that innerstanding, your heart transforms naturally.
You start to see how we got so broken and you start to recognize when you are projecting your pain onto others.
What happens when the world recognizes this?
When the world sees that if they want to stop hurting, they must stop hurting those around them?
That LOVE truly is the way to freedom?
That LOVE truly is what calls in Heaven on Earth?
Picture a world where we accept the Divine Love of God in all of our hearts. A world where the last thing we'd want to do is intentionally hurt someone else. A world where we stop turning off our feelings and start tuning into the entire guidance system which exists in our hearts.
Do you see it?
Can you feel it?
Hold onto that image.
Meditate on it.
I believe it is coming.
I pray every single person who reads this feels the transformation in their Heart that I did and still do every opportunity I face where conflict exists.
No more judging.
No more comparing.
No more projecting, hating, condemning.
May your heart transform with so much Love that you barely recognize any version of yourself that existed under shame, fear and guilt.
