VK just dropped a video with all kinds of stuff in it that no one was touching on publicly. I see this as a very big deal.
The connections to religion are being drawn on the world stage.

This highlighting of the lies told by the church is going to trigger many people into either facing, or continuing to avoid their own shadows.
Be aware. And be ready to help as you are needed. When you have already experienced what may be coming for others, you understand that what you went through was to prepare you to help others. When you truly understand what they are experiencing, you are able to be authentic with them in ways that others cannot. 😇

I used to be very turned off by the idea of Shadow Work, but that’s because I didn’t really understand it. And frankly, it made me nervous.
Then it smacked me right in the face. I did some things that I couldn’t get my head around WHY I had done them. As I worked through it with the help of my husband, I saw it all very clearly. I saw the traumatized little girl in me who had never been seen or understood and I saw how her neediness had influenced my adult self.
I was surprised by this because I had had years of traditional therapy. I thought that I had “already dealt with all of that.” Turns out that talking about that shit and saying all the right things in some shrink’s office really doesn’t do the trick. That’s not shadow work. That’s just whining. (My opinion, ok? Doesn’t apply to everyone.)
Shadow work is about digging in and feeling the feelings that were present at the time of the trauma. Not necessarily re-living the trauma but just having true empathy for the person that you were at the time and letting it go. This involves a fair amount of unconditional love and forgiveness…for others, yes, but mostly for yourself!
I only know my own experience, and I suspect it’s different for everyone but the general process is the same. And the thing is, it can’t really happen until you’re ready. Until the layers upon layers of buried emotions related to that same issue get peeled away and you’re left with the original wound.
See, that’s how it works, you keep re-living that issue over and over until you can see the pattern of behavior and then let go of it. Every time you do the same thing, you add a layer in top of it. Over the years, that can be a lot of layers!
You may need to revisit an issue more than once. That’s ok! Every time you revisit it, you are going deeper. But don’t fall into victim mode where you are hanging on to the trauma. The goal is to let it go. You are not defined by what has happened in your life. Nor are you defined by what you did or didn’t do in response! You can choose, at any moment, to let go.
I’m no expert at this, but I would venture a guess that as many are awakening, they are being faced with the OPPORTUNITY to work with their shadow and heal their wounds. This is a good thing.
Sending you all so much Love,

Adopting a victim mentality, or taking on a label that implies that you have been mistreated, is the polar opposite of Healing.
It is the act of taking a trauma and adding it to your definition of yourself. Another part of your persona that gives your ego the authority to integrate fear, hate, shame, anger, etc into your psyche.
THAT is why this woke crap going on in our society is so incredibly harmful. It’s conditioning people to define themselves as weak, small and helpless — making them think they have no authority to set down what has hurt them and to rise up and out of it.
It’s just another way to rob people of their Sovereignty by tricking them into giving it away - willingly.
