Do you know how energy impacts your cells?
Using conventional human senses (e.g., sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, etc.) we have come to perceive the world in which we live in terms of physical and non-physical reality. For example, apples are physical matter and television broadcasts are in the realm of energy waves. Around 1925, physicists adopted a new view of the physical reality that has become known as quantum mechanics.
Originally, science thought that atoms were made up of smaller particles of matter (electrons, neutrons, and protons), however modern physicists found that these subatomic particles were actually immaterial energy vortices (resembling nano-scaled tornados). In truth, atoms are made out of energy and not physical matter. So everything that we thought was physical matter is in reality made up of focused energy waves or vibrations.

Eclipse season begins (gently) today.
Time to go back & look at what's been, and make decisions about what gets carried forward.
If you have been dragging old feelings, old grudges, old resentments & old sh*t around like broken luggage, take steps to get rid of them, to let them go.
We, as a society, are in the middle making these decisions right now - and not everything makes it into the new reality.
The ideal scenario is you, moving into this new energy as light & as free of burdens as possible.

A healed person is not a “perfect”person.
A healed person just loves and accepts what IS without judgement. A healed person has looked at all the wounds, scars and blemishes and kissed them. Not to make them go away, but to tell them that it’s ok to stay. And in doing so, they lose all their power. They become cherished and beautiful in their own right.
Perfection is an illusion, not because it’s unattainable, but because you are already perfect…despite all the things you think are wrong with you.
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are not broken.
You are not bad.
You are Human.
And Creation does not make mistakes.

And your mind has already discarded what it has been taught not to perceive.
Please understand that what you think is real, is not. It’s not even close to the full picture.
Perhaps understanding this will help people to look beyond their individual perceptions. And speaking of being real & authentic ..
Allow me to introduce you to my new favorite walking partners; TR & Ash!! 🏃🏻♀️❤️💫
I had every intention of listening to this when they shared it yesterday, but 3D Earth came crashing into my blissful 5D existence — and consequently my walk got cancelled .. along w/ pretty much every other plan I had for the day. But today I had the joyous privilege of spending time w/ these two on a beautiful, sunny walk .. and I share it here in the hopes that you might want to listen to it, too. I promise you it will be time well spent!!
It is nourishment for the soul!! ❤️ I loved EVERY part of their conversation, but some of the highlights for me were as follows:
——- ••• ——- ••• ——- ••• ——- ••• ——-
— YOU are connected to God. YOU are worthy. Feeling “separated” is an illusion.
— Learn to see and appreciate your own perspective & place value on your own experiences.
You don’t need to explain yourself to anyone.
— Stay in YOUR lane, and be authentic to who YOU are. Let others inspire you — but only for the sake of becoming more of YOURSELF.
— Don’t get stuck w/ words & labels. They are just that, not the real thing. The only thing that matters are the EXPERIENCES that happen to you. That’s it.
— Honor and respect the experiences of other people, instead of judging them b/c they are different from yours.
— AUTHENTICITY is KEY going forward. When we learn to listen to each other without having to agree, we will be set free to love and value eachother.
— We are just sharing our truths from different perspectives, but we will probably come to find that they all point in the same direction…
— Aquarius: We’re all unique and we each bring something special to the table. Learn to embrace your own unique existence. Without any one part of us, the kingdom is not whole.
— The balance: Tell people your truth, but let other people be free to walk in theirs. Share your own perspective, without the need to fix others. We need the input of others, even the ones we don’t agree with.
— We’re all playing out our perfect roles and perspectives. YOU are the arbiter of YOUR path, don’t be pulled off into a direction of someone elses truth/ path.
— Once you stop worrying about what people think or expect, then there absolutely nothing to fear! As long as you commit to being AUTHENTIC, there’s no going wrong!
