MERCURY RETROGRADE: A GENTLE REMINDER
We are in what's called a Mercury Retrograde period until May 14.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
MR is an optical illusion that occurs for about 3 weeks, 3-4x a year. During this time, Mercury appears to be moving backwards when viewed from Earth.
HOW DOES THIS AFFECT ME?
Communication, contracts & travel can often be affected by MR. Read legal agreements carefully, watch your words, and expect delays in your daily life.
MR's are a fantastic time to rest, reflect & review what's working in your life... and what's not.
Not doom, but a chance to take a break from pushing things to move forward & to close the door on things best left behind.
We cannot move forward without looking back first.

Some tips:
Be careful what you speak over yourself.
Whatever comes up from your past - look for whatever you learned and then let it go.
Do not judge yourself or others for the past.
Do not resent past mistakes or focus on them at all.
Lessons. They were all lessons.
Only carry the lesson forward.
Set your focus on what you want to carry forward.
Strength? You got it.
Healing? You got it.
Motivation? You got it.
Stamina? You got it.
Accept the gifts that the past has offered you and put the wrapping that it came in into the bin.
Don't save the packages, savor the prizes.
And press forward with crystal clarity.
Remember that thoughts are things and YOU control their direction.
