If you're feeling short on patience or just all around antsy, this may help explain it. After a few days rest, we are being hit with a lot of low M-Class solar flares.
Similar to those irritating frequencies used on classic radio, these tend to inflame the nervous system creating a bit more tension in the day to day.
It will help to get grounded, reduce technology, hydrate and do things you enjoy if at all possible today.
If you are feeling grounded and centered already, it's your turn to hold it down. Right now I am feeling fine, but I'm noticing those around me.... Not so much. Trying to be the calm water to help balance out whatever is being pulled forward today in others.

From my brief observations...Schuman is not typically in sync with solar flares.
The Schuman tracks the frequency of the earth and those frequencies that are coming in and going out.
The white spikes are known as angelic frequencies bc when they show up people tend to experience heightened awareness, heightened consciousness and - especially when paired with red static - a general purging of energy that doesn't suit them any longer.
The solar flares are coming from the sun and depending on the class, the intensity and the duration, have radio-electrical impacts on the earth. They emit radiation and plasma - information - into the aether.
The Schuman could ofcourse be picking up on that. But it isn't always 1:1 on the tech we are using to track all of this. Sometimes the solar flares show us what the Schuman is missing and vice versa.
Because we aren't just receiving incoming frequencies from the sun. That's just one part of this energetic puzzle.
Felt it might help to break this down a bit as much as I could from my present understanding. Still learning!

So, you have a choice, to focus on Love…. or Fear. They will both bring you what you are “asking for” by your decision to condense your energy around one or the other.

Stop thinking with your Ego-mind and let your Real Thoughts through. They are of God. They will not lie to you, they will not lead you astray into angst or fear.
Scrape away the errors like moss from a stone that has had layer upon layer of growth overshadow the Truth. It is always there - solid and permanent. Just waiting patiently for us to discover it.
