My message for today is this: If you have not taken the time to completely DISCONNECT from all media - including this and other sources for a while in order to tap into your inner knowing, you need to do it NOW. Remove all external input and use your God-given ability to talk to Him.

Something that may be helpful for people right now, is to introduce Adaptogens into your routine. These are plants and mushrooms that can help the body (and, hence, the mind) adapt to stress. They are mild and can help all systems simultaneously.
***Some really good ones are: Ashwaganda, Ginseng, Rhodiola, and even garlic and Echinacea. There are many others and I would encourage you to explore this area. We are certianly living in stressful times and the mental and physical forces that are working on all of us right now are massive. If something is calling out to you. As in, you keep craving garlic, or there's a plant or supplement name that keeps popping into your head. Pay attention to that! You may find that the very thing you are thinking of is a remedy for what is ailing you. Be aware though, that if you have a sugar (or any other addiction) at work, it can completely throw off your body's ability to crave what it actually needs. Do your research and be kind to yourself.
