Chlorine dioxide is ClO2. If you’ve taken any chemistry at all, you know that these are vastly different substances.
Now, go look at your bottle of bleach in your cleaning cabinet, does it even have the chemical formula on it? Mine doesn’t.

Might I make a humble suggestion? When you encounter something you immediately disagree with, disregard, or count as taboo ... ask yourself “why” before you move on to your next thought.
The level of hubris in these "people" is astounding. There is a very good reason why we are warned against it, because left unchecked, it leads to thinking you know more than everyone else. Which leads to thinking you are a god.
It also highlights the fact that they (clearly) do not believe in God. They don't believe anyone is in control, therefore they think they need to do it. To regulate, to manage, to oversee.
