You have a guidance system. But it has been systematically shut down for centuries. Your emotions are your compass for pulling yourself out of the matrix and finding your way home.

You’ve been told not to trust them. You’ve been told to ignore them. You’ve been told you’re a “silly girl” or a “weak man” when you’ve allowed your emotions to affect and guide you.

So, many of you stopped doing that. And in doing so you made yourself numb. You’re flying blind now because you’ve shut off your instruments. You are in the fog trying to find your way, but you do not realize that you have everything you need to get out.

Follow your emotions. There are actually only two which spur all others: Fear and LOVE. Turn away from the fear and choose love. You know what fear feels like. That is your current state of being for many of you and you must realize that that is what makes you behave as you do. You ALMOST know what real LOVE feels like. You can imagine it, but until you experience it, you do not fully understand. When you do feel it, you will never forget and your guidance system will have become fully tuned.

There are 12 Cell Salts necessary for the body to continually heal and REGENERATE itself.

Illness and physical problems are far less an issue of input to the body and much more a manifestation of deficiencies in one or more of these mineral salts.

In a nutshell, each of the 12 signs has an associated mineral salt. As the human body is formed in the womb, it “travels” around the wheel and is imbued with each one. The thing is, we are only in the womb for 9 of those months. So the 3 months of a year that you weren’t in gestation, you miss as far as the minerals go.

The book is fascinating…and even more so is the astrological SCIENCE behind it. It has taken me over two years to fully understand and I am still learning.

That said, the importance of minerals to the human body seems to be in the Aether right now so this is timely.

Speaking of minerals! I have come across what I think is a very useful supplement.

Ecklonia cava. It’s a brown algae found mostly in Japan and Korea.

It runs the gamut in benefits from supplying minerals, to healing the liver - even from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease which is running rampant with all the toxins we are exposed to. It also helps with diabetes, hair loss and even cancer.
AND it helpful in protecting against EMF’s and ionizing radiation toxicity.

It contains 71 trace minerals including a very bio-available form of Iodine which is something most people are deficient in.

In fact, most people are mineral deficient in one way or another and this causes all kinds of problems in the body. Many of which are “electrical”. The energy in the body can’t flow properly if we don’t have the right minerals in play.

And when we are mineral deficient, it leaves our receptors open to having toxic heavy metals attach instead. This, in turn creates an environment that parasites thrive in and creates a recipe for disaster.

So, long story short, I think it’s important for all of us to find ways to get minerals back into our bodies. Even adding pure sea salt to our water and food can help immensely.

I spent last evening talking with some people who are very “important” in their fields. They have done all the right things as far as the world is concerned on what matters. And they have good hearts.
But they’re lost.
No idea what’s really going on. No understanding that the news is a lie.
I planted some seeds but honestly, I found it very disheartening. Especially their views on President Trump.
I voiced mine and I don’t think it was well received.
