Where you sense fear, you are being given a clue as to what has been implanted in your psyche.

It’s just like pain being an indicator of a problem (error) in the body. Fear is an indicator of an error in the energy field and in your underlying beliefs.

Trace the fear back to its root.

Those look like intense pushes to clear old baggage to me.

When old patterns surface, don’t judge yourself as having moved backwards.

They are there for you to examine, evaluate and remove yet another layer of old ways of thinking and doing things. It gives you a chance look at it all again from the perspective that you have now and gain new insights.

No one ever really moves backwards on their Journey. And certainly, if you are even aware that you are visiting an old pattern, you are not back IN that pattern. If you were, you wouldn’t be aware of it! You’d still be operating unconsciously.

So, give yourself a break. Observe and just CHOOSE. Choose who you wish to be and then carry on.

The Subconscious works by “impression” using allegory, symbolism and imagery. Think “dream language”.

It’s not about words so much as it is ideas, concepts and feelings.

Your subconscious has been hijacked from the time you arrived here in this place. It has had all manner of lies and trickery impressed upon it. And you, in turn, have manifested that reality.

It’s really important that we understand this so that we can reclaim it for ourselves and use it for good.

TAKE YOUR MIND BACK.
Center yourself and remove the polarizations that have been imprinted on you so that you can actually SEE.
