Are you feeling negative energies swirling around you?

There is a spiritual war going on.
A war for your heart. A war for each side. The dark you - the part of you that lives through the pain you hide. And the light you - the you that transforms pain into something bright.
This tug-of-war inside of you grows louder each day.
Daring you, pleading with you, begging you to face that pain.
What makes you hurt? Why do you feel this way?
This thing right in front of you that just made you lose your cool, is that really what got the best of you?
Or was it just a catalyst? A gateway to the past?
A shadowy figure that flew by too fast?
Did it drive by with bullets of pain once abandoned?
Making you feel what you thought you’d already out run?
The dark side of you will have you loading your gun.
Firing shot after shot at everyone you love.
Accusations, slammed doors and constant complaints.
Everything they do will make you irate.
Despite who was “right”, you will act in ways that bring you shame.
That’s when you really get sucked into the game.
That’s when your darkness really gets loud.
Fueled not just with rage but with shame and regret.
It’s at that point you’re in a lose/lose bet.
You can get caught up in the swell of this rising divide.
Or you can take a deep breath, pause, and seek clarity inside.
Turn up the focus to the lens you see through.
Maybe the shadow you see isn’t scary at all.
Maybe it’s just you.
Maybe if you sat with it for a while, you’d run out of things to hide.
Maybe this shadow of yours is exactly who you need to confide in.
There’s a tether inside you made of pure love.
It’s what connects your heart to everything Above.
No matter where you go,
No matter what you do,
No matter what they told you,
It radiates pure love inside of you
It’s the part of you that knows that no matter where you go, there’s a place kept for you that will always feel like “home”.
It’s what keeps us searching and seeking through place after space.
Though that feeling makes us feel like an outsider here.
It also tells us that “home” is near.
So sit with your shadow.
Sit with your fear.
Sit with your shame.
Sit with your pain.
Thread that chord of love into all of your dark places so that you can see more clear.
So that one day you can finally see gratitude in the mirror.

You carry The Truth within you.
It is in your blood. In your DNA.
In the very essence of your physical being.
The Truth is not lost and never was.
You just did not know to look for it because you did not even know it was missing. The animal born into captivity does not understand that what it sees is a cage. It does not question. How could you know to search for something that you never missed?
But now you do. Now you know that Truth has been covered over with layers of deception and needs to be reclaimed. You can do this because you know how to sense it from within your very being. The Creator gave you the perfect instrument with which to find it.
Check what you encounter in the external world against what your innate self already understands. You can check for resonance because the frequency is already inside of you. When a “Truth” comes across your path in the physical world it will sing with your blood as a tuning fork sings when it comes near another of like frequency.
You’ve found the secret.
You even understand how it works.
Now use what you know.
There is no going back.
Your blood has begun to sing.
