It will try to get you to believe that you are ahead of others, or better than others. It will tell you that you know more, have read more, are in better shape, better health, higher frequency, etc etc.

There IS NO HIERARCHY.
It only exists in the Mind.

Let that construct go. It’s a very difficult thing to do because our entire experience here on this planet has conditioned us to believe otherwise. It has built the very framework of our minds into a ladder. One that places people, entities and ideas at different rungs on that ladder. In fact, it teaches us to place ourselves in a position on that ladder, and that’s probably the most destructive part of the entire thing.

Know this: THERE IS NO LADDER!
You are the center of a circle that has no defined edges. And so is everyone else.
No one above another.
No hierarchy.
No competition.
No comparison.

So stop doing it.
Because you’re the only one who can.

Do you have an ounce of common sense in your body?

Are you even capable of thinking a thought that you weren't told to believe?

Can you sort through and discern information, process it and then file it according to it's merit?

Your body was built to uncover the truth.

So why is everyone so confused in the world?

Because generation after generation we've allowed a progression of a culture that rewards numbness, conformity and consensus.

So generation after generation we grow more numb to our bodies. We shun the "anomalies" and condemn "too many questions".

At the time of your birth, humanity had sort of collectively decided that there were "bad" emotions, it was "bad" to do things that you didn't see other people doing, it was "bad" to point out things that to you seemed like common sense but no one else seemed to be able to see it that way.

So then many of us spent our lives fighting with our own nature. Fighting with our emotions. Fighting with how we are percieved. Fighting with our desire to truly understand and know things because we are told to be a docile, blind believer. Then we judge ourselves. Because the world told us that what we are feeling is bad. What we are thinking is bad. What we want to do in this world is impossible and futile and pointless. "Spend your time on something productive" they told us...

The only way to cope with the war that rages inside of us every time we refuse our own nature, has been to numb it out.

Here are just some of the drugs we've turned to:
-Some of us dove into a cult-ure or religion which promised "support".... But only if you fit in their mold. So you did. Or you did your best to. We sought these communities to placate our feeling of "not belonging". A bandaid. A numbing agent that only works if you put it on while standing on your head inside of a box with blinders on.
-Some of us dove into other, more direct numbing agents. Drugs. Yes, of all kinds. Including alcohol. Including pharmaceutics.
-Some of us affixed our baggage onto someone else, hoping they'd carry it for us. "If I could just meet the right person... I'll finally be happy" mindset.
-Tell-A-Vision escape


Stop numbing your body.
Start getting to know it.

Move it.
Sit with it.
Listen to it.
Feel it.
Heal it.

Put the damn phone down, turn off the videos and the podcasts and even the music.

Allow the silence to gently pulse your Spirit and your Body back into harmony.

Do this regularly, do this often. Allow the sensors of your body to come back online. Trust yourself again.

YOU are an intelligent being, are you not?

You do not need anyone else to agree with you in order to trust something you know in your heart is true.

You do not need an "established teacher" to tell you what you already know in your heart to be true in order for you to trust it.

You do not need to weigh and compare everyone to figure out their story and intentions in order to trust them. You only need to trust you.

Trust takes work. A bond is required. An established record is required to really, truly, trust something.

So establish that record. Build that bond. Touch yourself. Love yourself. Feel yourself. Heal yourself.

The more you learn intimacy between your body and your spirit, the stronger your truth sensors will become and the deeper your trust for your own Self and your inner knowing will grow.

Know thyself and you will feel truth.

I used to draw the Sun setting on the water ALL the time as a kid and teenager. (That and cathedral rose windows. Yup, not kidding! That’s how I ended up being a glass artist.)

I grew up on Lake Michigan and sunsets were an integral part of my life.
I was obsessed with them and with ancient Egypt. I’ll never forget in 5th grade we had a presentation about Egypt and my Soul absolutely lit up. I guess my “research” actually started way back then. I did a huge report on it. I think it was only supposed to be a few pages and I turned in a massive report to my teacher. 😂

Makes a lot more sense now.
Every single part of our lives MATTERS. Think back to what you have been passionate about.

Swords are double edged - the mind (thought) will always cut -(polarise) experience/ ideologies/ any “thing” in Midgard - into two.

And this is why you can never get to “IT” (SELF/ Centre) through ‘ruach’ (intellect). It’ll take you part of the way, but all the “what ifs” that sword slices into pairs are a spiritual cul-de-sac.
