Hint: Don’t try to “chase” the Transcendental or Peak experience. Just enjoy what comes to you at each step of your meditation journey.
It’s ALL a gift. Even the days when you can’t sit still and your mind is pinging off the walls like a monkey on crack. It’s all useful if you Observe and don’t judge.
Kind of goes back to that concept that life is about the journey, not the destination.
