Now, the task is to not be afraid.

It’s just something to understand and to make health and lifestyle changes to deal with it.

Before, this was all in the dark and people didn’t see it.
Now we can look it in the eye and address it.

I am living proof that it is absolutely possible to beat this stuff back and to reclaim your health.

Be not afraid.

The more you try to run from your Shadow, the bigger a demon it becomes.

Running gives it power and control over you.

Facing it calmly takes all the power away.

The only thing we have to fear is Fear itself.

And that👆is a VERY DEEP Teaching.

Your energy field is the link between the physical plane and the spiritual plane.

If you don’t think that’s being exploited, you haven’t been paying attention!

Whatever is manifest in the physical world, has a counterpart in the spiritual world.

And vice versa.

This is True whether you are aware of it or not.

Everything we do is Creation.
There is so much Creation happening all around us that we don’t even see it.

Every thought you have is Creating. Some are straight from God, but most are filtered through the persona. The ego.

The goal, if there is such a thing, is to make that filter be as aligned with Source as possible.

Have you ever heard that women sync up their monthly cycles when they spend enough time around each other?

The same phenomena that causes that synchronization is the same force which connects our hearts.

This gives new meaning to "birds of a feather flock together".

The feather represents that force. That wind.

When you are synchronized at the heart level, you feel the same "words", "images", "thoughts", "impulses" or wind if you will, all at the same time, stirring you to go deeper or higher - or to migrate even, in sync with your flock.

You don't need to go to another member of your flock and say "hey I think we need to look at XYZ a different way". Suddenly, you all start to see that shift. At the same time. Through your individual lenses. Moving you in the same direction. Carried by the same wind. That's your clear sign that a shift has already taken place and you're all following the impulses rippling out as a result of the change in tide.

This can be to your detriment when you are synchronized with those who are not aligned with your authentic heart. Taking you to places that truly aren't meant for you - for however long it takes for you to be mindful of who you are synchronizing your heart with....

Or it can be to your benefit, taking you to new lands and new treasures you never imagined possible.

The more you listen to your authentic heart and observe the vibrations carried in the hearts of those around you, the more easy it becomes to find the flock that will help you uncover paradise.

We are all connected.

Some don’t want to believe that bc they are hanging on to their individuality. But truly, we are One because we come from The One.
We are individuated in order to take different paths back to that Truth.

And be able to realize that when you’re half-assing it, something is out of alignment and you need to readjust.
