There is something in this life that ignites a fire in your heart like nothing else.
There is something that, as long as you're doing it, time itself ceases to exist.
There is something that gets you out of your head and into the present moment.
No it's not a pill.
No it can't be smoked.
No it's not something you swallow.
No it's not another person.
When you find it, if money, shelter and the need to use the restroom weren't factors, you could spend every moment of your life doing it and be incredibly happy with how you spent that time.
You may find it at age 3 or age 63. That doesn't really matter.
And here's the fun part...you don't even really need to look for it. It is meant for you so it will find you. You just need to recognize it when it finds you and nurture it. Make time for it. Choose it.
You don't even need to do anything with it. You don't need to be "good" at it. It doesn't need to bring anything else into your life other than the joy it inherently comes with.

Let me take a guess...
You've never felt like you "fit in" right?
You've always tiptoed around the needs and wants of others, right?
You've been called an "old soul" too many times to remember, haven't you?
You don't see things the way those around you usually do, do you?
You can understand many perspectives of a situation simultaneously, can't you?
You often need alone time because that's the only way for you to stop noticing the people, energies and activities going on around you and tune inward, to relax fully, isn't that so?
I think you've been dimming your own light your entire life.
I think you've been conforming to the needs and wants around you for so long it just became part of who you were.
Until the world became so uncomfortable that you couldn't possibly lower your own vibration any further.
Until the insanity of the world BECAME the world and you couldn't physically function within those parameters.
Until you woke up one day to an entire world of people covering their faces, hiding in their houses, hating each other for something as simple as breathing oxygen.
Until you woke up and looked around you realizing, you know what? Fuck it. I can't fit in any longer.
And that's ok.
Until you learned to accept yourself.
Until you understood your uniqueness.
Until you understood the connectedness between everything.
Until you realized YOUR power to influence your reality.
Until you became so uncomfortable in this world, that your one and only compass became God, that inner voice.
Until you became so confident in your direction and calling for you that you truly started paying attention to the teachings that found you.
Until the Universe delivered you signs of awe and wonder to PROVE to your evidence-oriented brain the reality of the Most High’s guidance and presence in your everyday walk.
Until The Great Spirit’s desires for you became greater than the world's demands of you.
Until you realized that your light is one of the, if not the most important thing for you to grow and show the world.
All you need to do is follow the guidance of Source and to do what resonates with your soul the most.
If your "work" feels like "work" and less like a re-charge, perhaps it's time to listen again.

Stand, child.
For you are not a slave.
Stand and hold your heart open.
Do not let the world convince you that you are in danger.
Any danger you encounter falls away with the breath of your belief in Me.
It matters not what you call Me, just that you believe - without fear of reprisal for what that looks like on the outside.
Or the inside.
That fear would keep you small and separate — keep you in the dream of distortions.
And I did not make you small.
You needn’t concern yourself with the words,
or the stories.
You know Me because I am within you and always have been. Accept Me the way you accept the existence of your Heart, or your skin. I am such a part of you that you couldn’t separate yourself if you tried.
It’s all actually very simple.
Can you feel Me?
Do you Know that I exist?
Then that is all you need know. And all you need believe.
And even if you didn’t, I would still welcome you home when it was time.
The rules that you’ve been taught are human-born. I did not make them for you.
And I do not enforce them.
Why would I?
I love you without condition.
Without parameters.
Of ANY sort.
Do not expect Me to discipline you. That teaches you nothing but obedience, and it serves no real purpose.
But, ah, when you become the Master of yourself, and you choose to use that to brighten the world — to come closer to all of Creation, you will see I have given you a gift.
And you will understand.
