And perhaps the above is why Authenticity is actually the highest vibration we know of.
Unconditional Love = Authenticity.
Authenticity means operating from a state of complete openness and transparency. No masks. No facades. Both externally and most especially internally. No hiding from yourself.
No pretending that you have no Shadow and burying it deep within to keep everyone, including you! from seeing it.
Acceptance of the Shadow means dropping all resistance to it. That does not mean that we want more shadow behavior or that we are choosing to walk that road. It simply means to stop attempting to pretend that it doesn’t exist. THAT is where the trouble comes in. That is where arrogance and jealousy, shame and guilt and projection come from.
And that is why we repeat negative behaviors over and over until we figure it out. That’s the shadow BEGGING to be seen and understood.
But we tend to keep repeating avoidance behavior in a strange attempt to prove that we are “correct” to avoid things in the first place. “See! Everything is ok. I’ve got it all under control. No issues here!” Meanwhile, your Shadow is in there urging you to lash out at others or to engage in narcissism or self-defeating behavior.
But True strength and Faith comes from Knowing exactly what we are and that we need not Fear the Shadow. It has no power over you unless you accede it! It only has whatever power YOU give it through your denial and your Fear. The Shadow is there, sure. But you have all the power in the cosmos to NOT let it haunt you. And the trick is to realize that. You just…Choose. Don’t waste any time on negativity around the issue, whatever it is, bc that gives it power.
Integrate the Shadow by understanding what it is and no longer fighting it. Look at whatever that little demon is inside you. Look it right in the eyes and ask it what it is trying to teach you. If you do this with an open heart, you will get an answer. Learn that lesson, accept that pearl of wisdom and you will feel your spirit rise.

What I got as answers just confirmed what I already knew. But I needed to revisit. Everything is revealed in layers.

The principle, the event, the imagery behind the concept we are taught today called "baptism" is this...
When we transmute, when we alchemize our shadows through love and gratitude... and we become unconditional love.
It's more of an initiation than an immediate transformation.
Depending on the amount of shadows and how hard you've suppressed them, it can take time for them to surface, be seen, be appreciated and be brought back into the fold of harmony and balance.
We bring them into harmony the moment it clicks. The lesson it has taught us. Because then and only then can we become grateful for that shadow and through our gratitude, love it - transmute it.
Through this process, you become washed clean. Clean of the shame. Clean of the fear. Clean of the judgement.
Born again. With a childlike view of the world. Free to love yourself again and thus others.
The church wanted to create a placebo of this so that they could control what it looked like. In doing so, when people didn't experience the transformation the church pre-scribed for them...what happens? More shame. More self-doubt. More fear.
There is only one Spirit that can baptize you. Stop running away from it. It's not in that building and it's not in that person. It has always been inside of YOU.

If you insert a nugget of fear, shame or guilt into the psyche / energy field in a person, that low vibration will act as an anchor to hold your frequency down. No matter how hard you try to rise, no matter how high you vibe, that nugget of shit will average into your frequency and hold you hostage. You’ll NEVER be able to pull your frequency up to the level it could and should be at because, well…physics.
And the thing is, YOU are the only one who can release yourself from the fear, shame and guilt. [They] told you that Forgiveness and Atonement needed to come from somewhere else; that it was external.
But it isn’t.
It’s you. YOU have the power to release yourself from “Hell”.
And ONLY YOU can do it.
Look inside. See where the threads of shame, guilt, fear and unworthiness are tied. And then loose the knots and let those things go. You’ll rise like a helium balloon that’s lost its tether, because you were always meant to FLY!
