What does Fear do?
It makes you believe you are separated from Source. That you are not Loved or even Lovable.
It isolates and constricts.

Fear causes you to lash out irrationally because believing you are not connected directly to God is insane thinking. It is at odds with the Truth and therefore causes a severe frequency mismatch within your energy field. Not good.

And it then causes that mismatch to propagate out from you.
Fear is contagious.

But so is Love and Calmness and Authenticity.

Whatever you are vibing, you are broadcasting. So pay attention to what you are sending out. You have far more power than you might think.

I’m slowly learning that reacting to things that upset you gives someone else power over your emotions. You can’t control what others do but you can control how you respond, how you handle it, how you perceive it and how much of it you want to take personally.

I’m slowly learning that most of the time, these situations say nothing about you and a lot about the other person.
I’m slowly learning that maybe all these disappointments are just there to teach us how to love ourselves because that will be the armor and the shield we need against the people who try to bring us down.
They will save us when people try to shake our confidence or when they try to make us feel like we’re worthless.

I’m slowly learning that even if I react, it won’t change anything, it won’t make people suddenly love and respect me, it won’t magically change their minds. Sometimes it’s better to just let things be, let people go, don’t fight for closure, don’t ask for explanations, don’t chase answers and don’t expect people to understand where you’re coming from.

I’m slowly learning that life is better lived when you don’t centre it on what’s happening around you and center it on what’s happening inside you instead. Work on yourself and your inner peace and you’ll come to realize that not reacting to every little thing that bothers you is the first ingredient to living a happy and healthy life."

The most overlooked part of the great awakening that everyone is also experiencing is inner healing.

The fact that you can sit and reflect during and after a conflict to see objectively what you could do better or could have done better - and then walk away from said conflict with an expanded perspective of yourself and how you handle things just shows that it was a lesson for you and whether the other party sees it or not, it is also an opportunity for them to learn and to grow if that is their choice

We were programmed to believe that fight or flight are our only options to respond to conflict.

We are learning there is a third option... Love.

Yet we all come with many layers of baggage and trauma which shape our perspective which then dictates our choice, our response.

Your perspective has grown through this. It is still growing.

Instead of using the conflicts you encounter to produce shame and guilt, continue to forgive yourself, let it go and be thankful for the lesson learned.

Send the other person love in the safest way possible and press forward to your next lesson.

Keep your "I AM" - AIM laser focused on becoming your Best Self.

The Ancient Knowledge is the key. It was stolen from us and we were made ignorant and fearful to keep it hidden.

Most religions are based on this ancient knowledge, with one major problem. They kept the most important bits for themselves and left us with only a shell that would hint at Truth and Enlightenment but never get us there. In fact, it would keep us prisoner and stuck on the lower planes. Then they used it to manipulate us into beliefs that are false and inverted.

We can talk all day about where that Ancient Knowledge came from. I have my own thoughts on it and there are many theories. But it’s the Knowledge itself that is the treasure at the center of all of this. It’s been covered over, hunted and has gone into hiding many times. And yet, it persists. How? Why?
Because it’s Divine.

The keys to Enlightenment are coded in the constellations, the Earth and the human body. The ancient ways coincided with helping a person along their journey. Ancient feasts and holy days were placed at auspicious times on the calendar to aid in personal evolution and returning to Source. Becoming One with God and all of Creation.
This is what has been hidden from you. Perverted and twisted to keep you stuck. And why???

Because if the people knew all these things, not only would they be self-sufficient and completely free, they would also be incredibly powerful. Knowledge of energy and vibration. Knowledge of the human body. The power of sex and the balance of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine. All of it.

All of it has been stunted and you have been handed the scraps and told to be grateful for them.
