You are energy formed into water formed into a human structure.
Just like energy, just like water, YOU oscillate.
You oscillate daily through emotions, through time and sometimes through timelines.
What is a timeline?
A possibility. That's all it is at it's core when you remove all of the complexity we perceive about it.
So you oscillate between timelines and possibilities.
YOU are a manifestation machine. That's what the human body IS. Your body was built off of the template of the Most High. The Original Creator. YES YOU were built with that very same template.
Your emotions like your road signs telling you which timeline, which possibility you are focusing your conscious energy on.
What you focus your conscious energy on us what becomes reflected in the world around you.
So when you experience emotions, they are those road signs giving you a CHOICE. You can continue your focus. Or you can take a turn.... You can go off the paved road. You can follow the dirt road. You can drive over that bridge. You can go to that lake. You can breathe in the winds and tune into the birds. You can smell the water and remember that you ARE water.
Maybe the emotion you are seeing come up is beautiful and innocent and childlike. Take the time to savor it. Enjoy it. Go look around you and see what else you can find that delights you. Share it with others. Cultivate it into something. Whatever draws it out more.
Stop looking for the "baddie" outside of you and start looking at what is being reflected within and without of you.

You ARE Divine Will.
Including everything you do and every choice you make…
“Right” or “wrong”— because there is actually no such thing.
In this massive expanse of All That Is, every single perpetuation and possibility must be expressed. So if you are looking for the “right” answer that will get you a gold star, you’re going to come up short.
Your job, as it were, is to seek Balance and Harmony. The Middle Path. But that Path is not external. It’s not drawn out on any map. It is defined and traveled exclusively by You and by the frequency that you hold. The vibrations you were born with and the ones you acquire along the way define your route. And only you will know when you are on it and when you have strayed.
No one is judging you except you. You are the arbiter of your choices. They bring consequences, yes, but not punishment. If you choose to allow the judgements of man and worldly measurements to define you, then you will constantly be swayed right and left - pulled off of your own Path. Your Center.
The idea of punishment involves shame and regret - both of which bring harm to your psyche and to your physical body. You do not fully understand this yet, but as you condemn yourself, your very cells die off. You are killing your body with your thoughts.
Release yourself from this explanation of things and take the reins of your life. There is no parent to judge or condemn you. Neither is there a reward, save the one you can acknowledge and accept for yourSelf and the Peace which passes all understanding that comes with it.
There is nothing outside of yourSelf to Seek. You think the answers lie elsewhere, under the purview of another human, or book, or set of rules and instructions to follow. You think that I am your judge and jury and you build your lives around this fearful arrangement. You do this because you do not yet understand that You speak the Word of God. You are the Son and the Light of the world.

When old patterns surface, don’t judge yourself as having moved backwards.
They are there for you to examine, evaluate and remove yet another layer of old ways of thinking and doing things. It gives you a chance look at it all again from the perspective that you have now and gain new insights.
No one ever really moves backwards on their Journey. And certainly, if you are even aware that you are visiting an old pattern, you are not back IN that pattern. If you were, you wouldn’t be aware of it! You’d still be operating unconsciously.
So, give yourself a break. Observe and just CHOOSE. Choose who you wish to be and then carry on.
