You have a guidance system. But it has been systematically shut down for centuries. Your emotions are your compass for pulling yourself out of the matrix and finding your way home.

You’ve been told not to trust them. You’ve been told to ignore them. You’ve been told you’re a “silly girl” or a “weak man” when you’ve allowed your emotions to affect and guide you.

So, many of you stopped doing that. And in doing so you made yourself numb. You’re flying blind now because you’ve shut off your instruments. You are in the fog trying to find your way, but you do not realize that you have everything you need to get out.

Follow your emotions. There are actually only two which spur all others: Fear and LOVE. Turn away from the fear and choose love. You know what fear feels like. That is your current state of being for many of you and you must realize that that is what makes you behave as you do. You ALMOST know what real LOVE feels like. You can imagine it, but until you experience it, you do not fully understand. When you do feel it, you will never forget and your guidance system will have become fully tuned.

When you step off your Path / come out of alignment, you know because you feel bad.

This is meant to guide you, not to break you. And certainly not to punish you.
It’s a gift. Not a curse.

Wow. If you want to understand the interrelation of mold and mycotoxins, fungus, and bacteria in the body, this book by Barbara O’Neill is amazing. I’m about 6 chapters in and thought I’d share.
