You’re not being “tested” because you can’t actually “do it wrong”.

If you are given a test in school and you don’t do well enough, you’re generally made to feel ashamed and told there’s something wrong with you. It’s pretty hard to experience that type of test any other way because of how it’s all been structured.

In life, however, whatever you do is “right” because whatever you do is an experience —something to learn from and to grow out of. Even if you repeat the same shit over and over, you’re still accomplishing something.
Even if it’s the part where you repeat that same something so many times that you finally get sick of it and change the way you handle it. Every one of those iterations must have been necessary, or you wouldn’t have had them.

Stop looking for reasons to tell yourself that you’re not good enough or that you need to fix something about yourself because it’s “bad”. Maybe you do, but that’s nothing to be ashamed of.
It just is.
Stop judging.
Start with yourSelf.

In alchemical lore, and especially when seen from a Jungian perspective, it is entirely necessary for one to experience guilt and shame, dishonour and the whole gamut of other emotions. These darker children of ours can't be disowned, for they are simply the other side of their lighter twins. You can't have one without the other, nor can one become wholed (healed) without accepting all of your children.

If you identify as only innocent, only shameless, only honourable, these emotions get projected "out there", and you'll almost certainly (unconsciously) constellate people or circumstances which force you into reclaiming your wholeness, usually through unconscious acting out of whatever it is that you cannot bear. It may take many people/ situations "out there" reflecting back at you this truth before the lightbulb goes on and the circuit is broken.

That's why I love the Tarot and the other mantic arts so much. With the right question/s you can get your answers way faster!

Humility.

Many of us have been conditioned to think that being humble somehow makes you inferior.

It does not.

If anything, trying to “win” and one-up people is what makes you inferior just by the fact that the reason you’re doing it is an expression of your own fear.
By fearing it and trying to avoid it, you actually cause it to happen.

Enter “the narcissist”.
They are incapable of humility it seems. Incapable of empathy and self-reflection.
Which keeps The Beginner’s Mind forever out of their grasp.
